Very accommodating.

Easy to find your way around

Good location. Near shopping & lots of restaurants. No curtain in my room. Parking lot lights shown in as did sun in morning. Only have a see thru shade. Lock on top of door bent so doesn't stay locked right. Can hear right thru walls. Friendly staff.

Everything was good but there was one big problem that every time we went to the pool there was NO TOWELS !!!!! But other then that it was good .

room was very clean bed was very uncomfortable lumpy and to low to floor hard to get out of bath could use walk in shower hard to get in tube for shower

Staff were wonderful, breakfast was great, rooms and facility are clean.

Had a nice stay

I only stayed for one night, but it was probably the best hotel experience I’ve had in recent years. The bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The room itself was nicely maintained and thoughtfully arranged. For this price range, it truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Traveled alone , felt safe.

Loud party on our floor till past 2am one night. Next night, fist fighting in hallway outside our door at 3am!

Very pleasant experience. Next time we’re visiting the Frankenmuth/Saginaw area, we’ll be back!
