Pros - Hotel looked nice. Cons - Front desk Very rude Problem with reservation. Front desk offered no way to correct the situation and said I couldn't stay in a room that was paid for in advance. Bugs in room. Many more in the bathroom. Will never stay there again.

It was a good stay. the food at breakfast was great! We had to stay overnight due to a wait on a few things so we stayed here and I will continue to book with them. The Crowne is always my go to place to stay when in Columbus mainly because of the food. I traveled with my mom and one year old and we were able to get a crib. Only downside to the crib is there were two mattresses and she was able to climb out onto the beds so we took the one mattress out and we had no other issues from then on.

Very noisy by the highway. Mildew smell. Other than that it was ok.

Poor customer service. Rooms had plumbing problem and ceiling was leaking. Also had a huge bug in it. Furniture was very dated.

I enjoyed the stay. The hotel does need updating but it was clean. The pool is exceptional and the staff were friendly. I didn’t like the fact that the coffee station was all the way in the restaurant. Hard to find.

Dirty public areas. The restaurant was awful. They couldn’t fulfill the simplest of orders. They overcharged me and did not even include all the food. The hallways were also dirty. . The room was OK.

My stay was great. Staff were very nice and accommodating, the rooms were clean, and we were able to have all of our events.

Sofa bed was filthy inside. They did not have enough clean bedding available for us in other visitors

We arrived made it to the room bed was made but not replaced after previous guest food left in the room fridge was pretty gross

it was an amazing experience, the staff was amazing and i felt comfortable and very cozy it was an amazing stay

It was a great time. Some things they couldnt control to get it order. but overall great
