Excellent and comfortable bed.

The personal need to be friendly and show excitement. The lady at from when we arrived was cold and before she finishes we us she took care other people. Hope this will help to improve the service. I would say that is very negative,for the hotel, even though everything else was exceptional!

Checking in was friendly and fast. Our room was clean. PLEASE PROVIDE WASH CLOTHS. This is not a luxury amenity, people need them to clean themselves. Also, how are you stocking shower gel and no wash cloth to use it? Make it make sense. Breakfast was good.

The problem is the bathroom: no hand soap, not available in a dispenser neither a bar, you need to take it from the dispenser inside the shower. The other fail: the faucet, is too small or wrong placed: you ended up or spilling around the water or hitting the nuckles against the sink.

The bathrooms at the pool area were not clean. Also mosquitos and leaves inside the pool. People were smoking and cooking outside and it was nit properly clean the next day when we went back to the pool area

Excellent stay. Service was awesome especially the maid service.

Hampton Inn saltillo is a very good option whe traveling to Saltillo, it well located and breakfast included is very good. Strongly recommended.

Front desk needs training. had a hard time at check inn. Lady was busy would just look at his computer for at least 10 minutes before he helped me. Check out I left early had open voucher for an extra day. Front desk told me he did not know how to close voucher. He would email me receipt when the other employee showed up. Never got the email.

The handicap room is amazing. It has a king size bed and a roll in shower
