Our subpar experience started right at check-in when we were ignored by the front desk agent. The valet acknowledged us twice and after the second time, went to find a different front desk agent (who started our check in and then was pushed out of the way by the agent who ignored us). No one answered the room service call so we went down and ordered to go from the restaurant and took it up to our room on our own. On our second evening, I asked front desk to please send up extra towels because housekeeping had not replenished our towels. 1.5 hours later, I called back down and again asked for the towels. On the morning of check-out, I called the valet and asked for our vehicle to brought to the door in 30 minutes. When we arrived to the door, no vehicle, and they hadn't even started it yet to warm it up.
Hotel is clean and modern. Staffing is a major issue.
