Place was under construction. Room was not finished. No shampoo. Wood on floors. Front staff were great.

Room was ok, no pool was lame as reason i picked this hotel.

Property was under renovations, but there was no notice in the booking site. Pool was closed and our hallway had no carpet, just old plywood floors. We nearly missed where our room was, the room number was written in pencil on the wall as the wall paper had been removed. Our room had no shampoo and conditioner and the coffee machine only worked if you turned on random light switches that were not connected to the plug in. Overall very disappointed, we have stayed at various sandman hotels and are usually pleased with our stays.

Room smelled like cigarettes.. they were understaffed... a pipe burst so we werent able to check in on time. Pool was not open and hotel was under renovations all was information left out on booking or failed to acknowlege when we checked in. Smelled of natural.gas in the hallway, mentioned it to the staff.

Front desk gal was compassionate with us while we were navigating a difficult time.

The room was ok. Liked the space, but it was run down and being on a floor that is clearly being renovated was a bit of a let down for the cost of the room. The carpets in the room were also really stained and dirty. Glad they are renovating as it really needs it.

Room was pretty dirty, walls and doors were visibly grimy, wallpaper taped on with clear tape, the bathroom smelt so bad we couldn't use it. When I called and asked the front desk if they had a pool he said yes they did, while I was there I asked what time it was open until and was told the pool was undermaintnence but they had one so he told the truth. Won't be staying there again.

Not what I was expecting based on photos of the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend. Halls smelled old and so did the rooms. Not in good condition.

Room was in rough shape, hot water didnt work and the shower was disgusting and clogged with debris in the shower head. staff rushing us to leave when i had asked the housekeeper for a bit of extra time to get packed up and out.

Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and we couldn’t use it. and I specifically chose your hotel because it had a pool.

The manager and staff were great very accommodating when extending stay and needing early check in!

Sandman was average hotel but had poor room service. I had to call one evening for coffee and towels and they were not brought that night and only replaced the towels the next day, no coffee was brought

The room was advertised as a $300 room on sale for $169. The pictures were beautiful and it was advertised with a pool. The room looked nothing like the pictures and it was very beatup. Walls were marked up and baseboards swollen and the lights flickered multiple times before coming on to reveal dirt and bugs in the light fixtures. These rooms arent worth $100 nevermind $169 and def not $300 nevermind the pool being closed . Would not stay again.

The electric heater was off and the coils were exposed. The TV picture was distorted. Tv needed a maintenace person to come and fix. No sound no tv was visible.No instructions how to use channel changer. Complained to desk staff snd he just didn’t acknowledge anything. Didn’t really care. maybe I have a whole laughing and see what and not send it till tomorrow morning.

The staff was helpful and friendly
