Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Noticed that it was my daughter’s birthday and left a beautiful cake and birthday wishes in our room.

The hotel in general is very good Only thing the rooms is very Narrow

Charming hotel in perfect location for city centre and sight seeing. Hotel has been modernised but retains some lovely older features. Beautiful refurbished room with generous bathroom. Friendly and welcoming staff.

They were under remodeling but our room was far enough that it did not bother us at all. We loved the location and so many things to see within walking distance, from shopping, restaurants, museums. Central location. We will definitely come back and stay in this hotel. Just not in the winter. :)

Good location, next to Albertina Museum and Vienna State Opera. Breakfast is much better than I expected, especially the choice and the quality of the eggs that can be ordered.

Great location and the hotel was clean and renovated. Room was spacious and the bathroom too. Only downside to it was the breakfast room seemed understaff on our last morning, no table available and nothing was running smooth. I had no one greeting me and giving me a table, I could not order eggs and had to take napkins and cutlery from a nearby table. I had breakfast on a dirty table as no one came to clean it. It might have been just a bad moment as the room was full and not enough staff. Overall good experience but I would recommend to have extra start at the breakfast room if hotel occupancy is high.

Great hotel to see the city sights, get the metro to other places further afield and do a bit of shopping. Staff are lovely and attentive. Breakfast is fab and the staff will make you some cooked breakfasts. We thought this hotel was a great choice all round.
