The rooms were nice, and the courtyard and swimming pool in the middle were very luxurious.

Property is under renovation so lots going on. Room was great, but air conditioner needs work, screeching fan kept me awake most of the night. Staff super helpful! Pool garden area is beautiful with amazing plants, just be prepared for lots of kids screaming at the pool into the night. Great parking area. Very easy check in. Breakfast pretty good.

I was traveling with did in the need of my truck. The secure parking facility have me peace of mind overnight. I was able to back in to the wall and there's a security guard. Breakfast was good and staff were all very helpful. I would stay here again.

Good but they gave U.S. a ron where we usual y get and while we were having coffee he said he changed our room and gave us the new keys which was a room the furthest away possible and he didn’t give any explanation of

Ridiculous price for the low quality and condition. Dirty floors in room. Spartan. Not at all what kind of stay I was expecting based on both reviews/ratings and price. No coffee or microwave or anything in the room.

The room was a bit dated but clean. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Overall I would say this is a good 2 star hotel.

The main thing that we didn't like about this place was that the bed was hard as a rock we should have slept on the floor

The water didn’t drain from the shower and the bathroom sink, awful smell in the room on the first night so requested another room, then the toilet was clogged, had to go buy Starbucks next door and used the bathroom there. We had to wait in line to have breakfast and the breakfast was not like the picture.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly, our room was very clean, they have a beautiful green area and swimming pool, very quiet and secure parking lot. And a good breakfast!

The only complaint I have is. why the hotel charge me $130 pesos to park my car in the parking lot. under the hotel and the mall. The hotel most most to have a deal with the mall to us park our cars there. We are mall customer too
