Nice and clean

Amazing location, superior comfort bedding, staff were great. The only 2 things I wasn’t really impressed are the intermittent temperature of hot water and acoustic (you can hear next door tv and the slamming door is extremely loud). These 2 things are essential for a good night sleep after out and about all day.

The room we stayed in was clean and had comfortable beds. The air conditioning was great, considering the scorching heat outside due to summer weather! Overall had a pleasant stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at over our vacation. The staff from front desk to cleaning staff were helpful, friending, snd responsive. The air conditioning was great. Electrical outlets by the bed, bedding was comfortable. The location was perfect and close to all the major sites and nice restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Leiann and Carla were lovely breakfast service staff and made the best coffees with the friendliest smiles. We were very happy with the staff and service at this hotel!

The Hotel was Ok, the area around the hotel is a little bit inconvenient. There were several homeless people and a lot looking weird. I was just worried about my family in this neighborhood

The rooftop patio is beautiful. The breakfast is lovely and it's a nice option to be able to eat outside.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Also the room was ideal for a clean, safe and convenient experience in the city center.

Pros: Excellent location Excellent cleanliness Excellent safety. Updated rooms Cons: WiFi is Terrible. Does NOT reach the rooms despite many many calls and attempts to fix. I had to keep buying ice cube and put them in the refrigerator to keep my stuff cold.

Perfect location, 2min walk to the train station. Many many restaurants and patios nearby. Extremely clean, and wonderfully pleasant people. Breakfast is included, and a special thanks to our servers Jen, Carla, and Leiann 😁

Good location. The rooms were clean and trendy. There is an issue with mosquitoes in the rooms, they provide a Raid plug-in. Breakfast options were very limited. Overall we had a great experience there.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk with luggage from SMN Train station.

Great service location and AC. Super clean. Issue of shower runing normal to super hot back amd forth. Took 4 hrs to try to resolve, got better not still not normal. Good otherwise.

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff Our experience at this place was truly excellent, made even more memorable by the incredible team. David at the front desk was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local attractions and fantastic food spots, and even helped us with reservations, making our visit so much smoother. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Leiann in the kitchen. She greeted us every morning with the warmest smile and the kindest heart. Her coffee and hot chocolate were the perfect start to our days, and her genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for both the comfort and the amazing people who make it so special!

Very nice location. 7 mins from tram stop and all major attractions are within 10 to 15 mins of walk. In addition in the middle of excellent restaurants and fantastic shopping.
