Old hotel in a great location. Central and convenient, but a little bit too old and funky for the price. The room was old, tiny, with a hard sofa-like bed and the window was open at arrival, probably to hide the smell that built up as soon as you closed it. The room smelled like curry or something, to the point where it actually got annoying while you were trying to sleep. Desperately needs renovations.

We stayed at the hotel from July 25–27 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked minibar in the room at no extra charge! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with exceptional care—they even escorted us to our room and didn’t allow us to carry our own luggage. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and everything perfectly replenished. On top of that, the hotel provided free tickets for public transportation, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The location couldn’t be better—just a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to many attractions, making it ideal for exploring the city. Overall, we were truly impressed and will definitely return. This hotel exceeded all our expectations!😍

The room was ok, I had an "apartment" on the 7th floor. One of the windows in the room didn't have curtain nor blinds... Early wake up for those of us that need total dark. Only shampoo in the shower. The mattress was good and there were multiple pillows. Didn't try breakfast so can't comment on that

Good location and nice room. Beds are a bit hard, and pillows are completely flat. The breakfast is lacking. They need more options for pastries, also freshly made coffee and not gross drip coffee would very much elevate the breakfast experience.

Bar closed throughout our stay. Minor problems with room servicing. Wonderful breakfast waiting staff. Breakfast choices reasonable quality but limited selection. This is a pet friendly hotel. Good location for Rathausmrkt and rail links. Christmas trimming a little disappointing as that is whybwe come to Germany in December as our German friends are so good at making Christmas.
