The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, with easy access to public transportation and many major attractions within walking distance. It is also convenient for travellers who need to leave early for the airport. However, there is room for improvement. In terms of cleanliness, the curtains had multiple stains, and the floor was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. We also experienced some miscommunication regarding the parking arrangements, and unfortunately, the receptionist was not very helpful in resolving the issue. During our four-night stay, the Wi-Fi did not work at all, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff did a good job of cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities every day.

Friendly staff, but a room deposit is required.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Despite being an older hotel, the shower had a small outlet, the bathtub curtain was very smelly, the in-room Wi-Fi was unavailable, and the bed and mattress looked cheap and easily moved. The location is excellent, as it's in the city center and has plenty of Thai food nearby.

Hard to get Wi-Fi in the first times, and now the Wi-Fi disappears! So disappointing!

Apparently the windows facing inside the building, no direct sun would expect to see the city. But it was closed to the train station and the market.

The location is strategic, close to everywhere & the rooms are clean, the staff are also friendly

Location: near from tram Chinatown, near from Market City (souvenirs and cheap things available), near from restaurants especially for Thai restos. Room was comfortable. Price was equal with its facilities, location, and stuff.

Near to every where and good location but. The wifi is not good

I am a traveler from Indonesia. Place a strategic hotel anywhere. There are many places to eat for Asians although not all are halal. The hotel rooms are clean even though they are quite old. Just recommended.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis. Dekat ke Paddy's Market, bisa ditempuh dengan jalan kaki (5 menit). Banyak supermarket Asia sekitar hotel. Kamarnya cukup luas, sangat bersih, tersedia bath tub. Staff hotel ramah dan sangat membantu. Amenities kamar lengkap. Value for money 👍.

Bad: 1. Wi-Fi only works on the doorstep, inside the room it doesn't connect at all. Even after complaining, they didn't make any difference. 2. The room always smells after the cleaning. 3. Only lift no. 3 has access to the swimming pool, which I had to press other 2 lifts to the G floor first to get the lift no. 3 and go to the swimming pool. Good: 1. They clean the room every day. 2. They change all towels and amenities every day. 3. They have ironing.

The best location, close to anywhere. Shout out to the staff member at receptionist, there are a keeper, two thumbs up for them. Thank you so so much for letting me check in early. Overall, wonderful experience and stay, and definitely will come back and recommend to others.

The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, food and entertainment. But the AC/ventilation system was so dusty that it made the AC hot. There was one time when we went out and came back to the room, it was clean but the trash wasn't taken out.

The hotel is right in the center, convenient for traveling by Light Train or MRT as well as Bus. The hotel is located right next to China Town area so eating and drinking is also convenient. Disadvantages: The hotel requires one of two forms of deposit: credit card or cash. For credit cards, the hotel will charge 1 AUD. Cash is 100 AUD. But I chose to deposit by card with 1 AUD. When I checked out, I asked the staff when I would receive the deposit back and the staff said it would be refunded to the credit card used to deposit. But now 5 days since I checked out, the deposit amount has not been refunded to my account. Although the amount of money is not large, it can be seen that the hotel's way of working is still not financially professional towards customers.

The location near by chinatown and darling harbor, a lot of asia restaurant and easier to got public transport. But the toilet shower I am not comfort little bit difficult to used it because hot on cold used 2 faucets so we must manage carefully and when you open the hot water it would be hotter if you took a long. And towel sometimes they gave us new towel but sometimes we should asked to room service for the new towel.
