Very clean good breakfast the pool needs a Tiki bar

We had stayed there in 2019 while waiting for our new home to be completed. At that time it was a good experience, very clean,eco friendly, room conditions good, excellent staff. This time it was terrible. Room did not smell fresh, shower leaked out on to floor. Shower door entry next toilet with very little clearance. Door didn’t slide both ways making it impossible to turn on water unless you entered shower and to get to front to turn on. No grab bars in shower making it very difficult to navigate, stand easily while showering. In my opinion the shower door was in backwards, entry should have been on other end away from toilet and ability to turn water on before entering. I advised management of the situation. We left a day earlier than scheduled due this situation. They said we had to deal whom we booked with for any reimbursement. A good location gone bad!!!

Overall hotel was clean, good breakfast and renovated

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, nice pool area. Good breakfast. Very close walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Friendly staff. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

AC had a mildew odor. Bathroom sink very little pressure other than that all was good.

Friendly service and clean facilities

Unlimited towels, paper towels, toilet paper when needed with no issues. Staff was accommodating and the courtesy breakfast was good.

The facilities are wonderful and the personnel too but last time we went the maintenance was very poor in the hallways, pool and comun areas

Nice quiet room with good layout, bed separated from living room by large tv, nice kitchen with lots of counter space, good customer service, not near beaches or tourist area downtown but easy access for get away to Marco Island, easy parking, breakfast better than some other Wyndham Extendeds.

Overall, we had a good experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations — varied and high quality. The hotel matches its category and price point well: comfortable, well-maintained, and with solid amenities. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The pool area often had groups of people drinking excessively, which made the environment less suitable for families with children, even though the hotel is advertised as family-friendly. Also, the air conditioning unit in the room was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, we could hear people talking loudly in the common areas during the night, which affected the overall sense of rest and relaxation. With a few improvements, the experience could be much better. Still, it's a good option considering the value for the price.

Cockroaches in room. Staff did nothing nor GM other than say they were calling pest control after I left. I was never offered another room.

This hotel is a good value for the Naples area.

Unfortunately charged my credit card full amount for room despite notifying them I already paid through Expedia. Still working on getting corrected- which is a big waste of time. Carpet dirty and stained- room needs an overhaul. I stayed at same location 4 years ago and it was fantastic. Sadly I will not plan to stay again unless they make some drastic changes.

The property, room and service were all top tier. Pool and outdoor area was beautiful and very well kept. The lobby, common area and social area were all very nice and well kept. Would definitely recommend and will be returning here next time I have the opportunity. 5 stars all around.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint - the rug and floor in room needed cleaning.

Cleaning

Room was clean and it was quiet. People playing loud music near pool was a bit much it’s a shared area not yours only. Breakfast was good coffee was ok. Front desk afternoon and evening were great. Loved Susan and Justin. Thank you.
