Clean rooms, menu needs improvement, you can eat as much as you want but is the same thing over and over

Had amazing stay, staff was great, beach was beautiful and it didn’t feel overcrowded. I would only say that the buffet could have a bit more options but other than that it was good.

The resort was beautiful, the pools were clean and the staff was amazing. The view gives Jurassic park vibes. You enjoy the Mountain View on one side and on the other is the ocean. Two restaurants have dress code, men need to wear pants and closed toe shoes and women are not allowed sandals. The buffet has theme nights so you enjoy different foods each night. The staff was amazing and very helpful. You can also change your money for pesos at the hotel. They arranged shuttle service for us, from airport was $90 to airport it was $50. I definitely recommend this resort.

This is not an all inclusive resort! You get either 2 or 3 included meals depending on the duration of your stay. You have to personally visit the front desk daily to make dinner reservations, you cannot do it in advance or all at once unless you’re a premium member. They offer a premium option that is needed for literally everything unless you’re okay with no service and rubbing alcohol as alcohol. They serve drinks in poorly washed cups with leftover tajin from the person who last had the cup. The majority of the staff hardly speak or don’t speak English at all, making it very difficult to communicate. To use room service, you have to place your order then go and pay for it at the front desk for room service to prepare your order. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The property is gorgeous, the views are breathtaking, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. My only wish is that there had been more entertainment at night. The shows they did have were enjoyable, but after the shows there wasn’t much to they had everyone at one bar location to listen to karaoke or listen to local singers come in. The biggest disappointment was the food. I would rate it a 3 out of 10. It was very hit or miss—many dishes were cold, lacked flavor, and the buffet selection was limited. The seafood was the exception and was actually very good. They have 3 restaurants to reserve and the food was very mediocre at best. Overall, the hotel itself, the beach, and the excellent staff made for a great vacation, but the food and limited evening entertainment could definitely be improved.

Location was great, nice and calm private beach, the pool and other amenities were also awesome so was the staff, but the food needs improvement, the steak restaurant by the beach was really good but you have to book in advance, the buffet restaurant is terrible!

The drinks are the best

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Great hotel to stay at. The kids club has daily activities. My daughter had a great time.

It was awesome

Comparing this to a previous stay at a different resort in Cancun and this wasn’t as good. Overall it was good, not great. Food was mediocre and not a ton of options. You only get a limited number of dinner reservations depending on your length of stay. The river next to the property smelled as if it had human waste in it and the smell was overwhelming at times. The property was nice and clean and staff were again good, not great. Was surprised at how few English speakers were visiting and working at the property. 4/5 stars
