We had an amazing time at Sun Peaks!! It was shoulder season and for us that meant pools, hot tubs and restaurants were all ours. All restaurants were empty with the exception of locals :) The day we left I had miss placed my prescription sun glasses and the staff were courteous and so helpful locating them for me :) Thanks a million for the amazing stay !!

Parking costs extra—$33 a night and no option to park on street overnight. Pool is very nice. But it closes at 9?!! We got in at 8:45 and I was looking forward to a hot tub but the pool area was closed. The next evening it was filled with crazy kids on the soccer weekend and closed again at 9 when it was still light out and filled with people. I wish they had adults only from 9-10. But please keep it open later until 10 or 11. The restaurant doesn’t open until 7 and there is no coffee offered anywhere on site besides your room. If you are an early riser and don’t want to wake others this isn’t great. Most hotels offer coffee and water in the lobby now. The rooms are clean and very nice. Hotel is nice and access to walking in village and on trails great.

Everything was great. Limited staffing at the front desk. Got a late checkout but our key card wouldn’t allow us to go in and out of the parking garage.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. We appreciated the coffee machine, kettle, and mini fridge. The view was beautiful from the balcony. Location was very central.

I feel like this rating is mainly because we were staying at the hotel between seasons. But nonetheless, they are still open for business and should provide the same service regardless.

Staff were friendly. Pool and hot tub closed at 9 which is in my opinion too early. No air conditioning in the rooms! 4th floor room was way too hot. The windows didn’t open enough to make a difference and it made for an uncomfortable night. Didn’t like the fact that parking wasn’t included in the hotel room cost. It’s extra per vehicle.

Very nice place to stay. Floors and elevator were pretty dirty but it won’t stop me from returning. It was pretty dead in general so it was hard finding somewhere to eat. I loved the hot tubs!

We stayed one night during low season so it was very quiet. Room was spacious , quiet and clean. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was unable to accommodate us and we had to search for dinner elsewhere. Parking was easy and safe. Overall nice experience

Clean and comfortable room. A little quieter as we were in the shoulder season but only there for a night on our way to Jasper from Whistler

This fed my soul! It reminded me of being in Switzerland. The locals were incredibly kind. The poutine at Chez Joe Poutine was delicious. There was a store called Sneaky Scallywags which broke down my resistance to buy lots of souvenirs. I couldn’t resist the cute hoodie, maple syrups, and magnet I got there. The staff at the resort were so helpful and kind. They really went above and beyond, especially Felix. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to be sure to help us with dinner reservations, luggage, and helpful tips. We loved taking the kids to the nice playground and walking the beautiful Valley Trail. A bonus snowball fight was a plus too! I highly recommend a stay here. You will be missing out by skipping this stop.

Everything was fine other than the huge muti high scool band camp that was happening on the same weekend. We told the property when booking that we were looking for quiet relaxing weekend ghetaw3ay when we booked. Nobody mentioned to us at all that this could not happen with the amount of high scool students and band camp happening in all conference rooms. The staff were great, and very apologetic, but it would have been nice to know when we were booking that this was happening.

The hotel was amazing. Rooms clean, staff very helpful and accomadating. Beds very comfortable. We stayed in a double with 2 x queens. I didnt like that I had to pay 35$ for parking. And i was disappointed that when I saw the room online at 127$/ night the price increased while I was booking and the total ended up at 215$/ night. Not including the parking fee. A nice spot but I will not stay again.

It’s the offseason so almost everything was closed already but the main thing was the front desk being hard to find.

The hotel is old and the common areas need a remodel. There is no decor in the common areas, it gives the impression of an abandoned hotel. It doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel at all. It is dirty! There is dirt on the floors of the hallways and the room. Pool is small for the size of the hotel. Lastly, the reception and entrance areas smell like fried food all the time. I would never go back to this place.

After travelling a long day, I arrived at the hotel with a smooth checkin. After getting to my room, I was excited to relax and order room service. However this option was removed. Therefore I called down the restaurant to order take out. No problem. Except, the phone rang and rang. After about 30 mins of trying to get through. I finally placed my take out order. After waiting roughly 30 mins, I walked down and saw absolute chaos in the restaurant. The entire place was packed with people and there was one server. One server who was hosting, running food, taking orders and answering the phone. The customers in the restaurant looked pretty upset. Many times with just people sitting, no drinks no food, and tons of orders sitting at the kitchen window waiting to go. The serv
