First of all, the staff were all fantastic and the location was centrally located. Unfortunately it was unbearably hot in my room, the hotel advertises having AC but it hadn’t been switched on for the season yet, despite being quite hot out. Outside was LOUD and I had to sleep with the window open because of the heat in the room. The volume from the street was WILDLY loud, the level of volume that you don’t only hear, but you also feel. I was there on a Thursday night and a Friday night. On Thursday people were yelling and partying right under my window until around 3:00 a.m., on Friday the parties were all night and still going on when I left at 7:00 a.m. it seemed to be mostly stag parties. Overall, it was a pretty miserable stay, but the staff were super nice, which was the only saving grace of the experience.

Our stay was amazing in every way! The entire staff was extremely polite and helpful! Location was perfect and rooms were perfect and affordable! We will be back!

This was a great location to enjoy Easter celebrations. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and accommodating. We were really happy with our stay.

The room was okay, but the shower was over a narrow tub with only one small bar just above the tub. Room was fine. Old Town was great.

The hotel is an old building and rooms are simple. Rooms are cleaned everyday which is nice. The hallway and rooms may need an upgrade on the flooring like the carpets . Since the rooms and hallways are cleaned everyday we have no issues. The staff are wonderful especially Mr. Miguel and the rest of the day and night shifts. They are very helpful.

Air conditioning not cool enough. It looks like is controlled to a mínimum temperature.

Rooms were a little small and it was missing the small things that we had at other hotels in Spain. For example, no glasses in the room, just paper cups. No bottled water. AC did not really work and it was 40c outside. Staff was excellent

It was a short visit… but we like a lot.
