The staff at the hotel were friendly for the most part, and the hotel was clean and decent. It is good value for money, and close to the beach. The room itself was quite small, and very dated. You could hear a lot from neighbouring rooms, almost word for word. The air conditioning too was quite aggressive, even though it was set to 23-24, it would bring the room temperature down to 18.

Great location. And a room with a sea view was great. The staff were very kind. When the air conditioning broke down , it was very uncomfortable and the receptionist on duty was very kind. Offered a fan and drinks and breakfast if I wanted. And did her best to sort out the problem as quickly as she could and minimise the discomfort . I’m very grateful for that Thank you.

Perfect location and friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet and good AC to escape the heat. The room was small, worn, and dated, The bathroom was tiny with peeling painted tiles in the shower. All the furniture is chipped and peeling. and there is no coffee in room. Had two separate reservations and needed to switch rooms. First night, the bed was a hard spring mattress and terribly uncomfortable and I barely slept. Second night I switched to a different room which had a comfortable foam mattress. The facility is adequate for a budget beach hotel, but in my opinion, definitely not worth the $270 my additional night cost.

Excellent stay a well based hotel in the centre of Sitges. Clean and tidy

A very nice hotel on the beach. A great breakfast buffet and bar on the gound floor. Not kettle or coffee in the room. The walls are thin and one can hear the other guests in ajoining rooms.

Sea view rooms nice. Hotel generally v good but the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything !! Be warned.

Excellent location, clean and safe. Air conditioning worked great. Bed wasn’t comfortable but you get what you pay for. Nothing wrong with this place if you’re on a budget!

Hotel is centrally located next the the beach and main centre but fat enough away from the noise good clean hotel. Room on the small side but adequate for two people good air conditioning, cleaning excellent polite staff . There is no pool . So don't go if you want a pool.

Location was perfect. The room I got was also quite big with a working AC. I enjoyed my brief stay!

Room 314. Window looks into another room. Standard room with nice furnishings but bathroom needs updating. Paint chipping and some mold. Cracked bidet. Toilet is placed awkwardly right next to toilet brush on wall. Toilet paper inches above it. Air conditioning works very well. Comfortable bed, firm and two long pilllows. Complimentary bottles of water. Working mini fridge. Beach across the street. Breakfast buffet was great; yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and sausage, pastries, crepes, coffee and espresso machine, juices. Well maintained and service. Check in at 2, luggage storage was available. Hotel about 10 minute walk from train station. Plenty of restaurants and stores around to explore. Some late noise from other guests, hallway and doors slamming but that’s hotel life, right? Check in and out was very businesslike, not warm and friendly. 8/10.

The hotel is a great location. But, the noise outside the hotel was extraordinary.

Great overall, I stay almost every year.

Our beachfront balcony room was small but lovely. I would definitely stay here again. The lower rating on the amenities is because I felt the beach towels should have been complimentary, rather than 2.50 Euros per towel per day, and I think starting breakfast at 8 is too late. I would have liked to be able to at least get coffee when I wake up, if not the full spread. I had a particularly helpful experience with Aaron at the front desk, who helped us set up our airport transfers and solved other issues. First-time visitors should know that just to the right of the hotel on the beach is a place called Sitges Republic. Here you can rent chaise lounges (15 euros) and umbrellas (10 euros) or just take a break from the sun in the shady restaurant. The mojitos are really great!

The staff and the cleanliness of the room were fine; however, it has been decades since I've paid for a hotel room in which the paint in the bathroom was peeling from the walls. It was disgusting.
