good location, friendly staff, drama free stay

Hotel lobby is attractive and clean. The reception staff are ver helpful, especially Rachelle. She recommended a nearby tapas restaurant. It was excellent. She also helped us recover our delayed luggage. The room is very nice. The bed is comfortable.

Very well located hotel, especially for transport connections, and in a nice area. Staff were very friendly and check-in smooth. Rooms were comfortable and sufficiently large but a little dated, and the bath/shower difficult to get into.

This was our second time to stay and the location is great for anyone wanting to be near the shopping district and the gothic district as well.

Location is great. Rooms are old and dated. Only one window in room - if you open it the reception desk is there. So a bit strange. Didn’t feel like a 4 star property. Staff are friendly.

The room was clean but the bathroom showed some age. The toilet's flushing system didn't work properly. Breakfast buffet was just ok and not at par with other breakfast buffets we had with other establishments. I didn't realize I had to haul my heavy suitcase through stairs to access the lobby, it would be nice to have a ramp to help with that. The staff was nice, polite and helpful. The lobby, salons and terrace also looked great and were clean.

The location is great, service was good, the only thing is the bathroom is quite small and because there is no shower curtain the water keeps leaking out, the rooms are quite small too, but overall it’s good for the price
