Great central location close to Central Park and many restaurants! Walking distance to many trains.

The service was outstanding. We had an issue with ac and they fixed it immediately. I will certainly stay there again

Trip for my daughter’s 18th birthday—-this property is the perfect location—centrally located, subway stop on the same block, very safe; 2 blocks from Central Park. Staff were friendly and helpful, responsive to anything we needed. No room service but so many great food options close by. Would definitely stay again.

Nice rooms, quiet, and excellent location

Highly recommend this property! We had such a restful experience. Stayed in Room 610 and had a great view! Very Clean hotel, such friendly staff and accommodating! If you’re looking for great shower pressure yup! They got it!! Close to Central Park and a hop skip and a jump to liberty bagels. I would want to stay again. Hopefully sooner than later.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Property has so many wonderful shops and restaurants in the local vicinity. Central Park just a two block walk.

Nice location, and a very clean room each day - SUPER maid service. I asked if I could have an Amazon package delivered to the hotel with our room/name on it. Of course the answer was 'YES.' Upon check-out, there was a $10.00 charge to receive this package. Don't like that at all.

Really comfortable hotel with great staff. Walkable to everywhere that we had come to NYC for. Desk staff on morning of departure were really helpful with a personal issue we had, and very appreciative of their assistance.

Amazing stay.

Overall, solid property and location. Although we once again, received no upgrade or anything for being a “VIP” member, but I think that’s more on Expedia than the hotel. I’m not sure I’ve ever received the VIP perk. The hotel location is great and the staff were excellent… even giving our 2 year old a stuffed animal upon arrival. Subway is right across the street. Only issue is that the elevator and hallways were hot.
