They did not mention during reservation that hotel was in the process of been remodel Not a pleasant stay

Very old hotel

The hotel needs and upgrade as it is showing its age

I didnt like the rooms. they are really old, hot water did not work and the property is unders works of renovation

Hotel must warn guests BEFORE booking that there are renovation works in place. Mediocre cleaning and had to call front desk as there was no warm water. Will think it twice before stay there again.

This is an old property under renovation. The rooms were small and the bathrooms were extremely outdated. The breakfast was very limited and food options were not impressive at all. The staff was friendly though. My biggest disappointment was not clarifying the room was for 2 adults and they charged me extra. Not cool.

First I got a room with a tub so high I can’t get o. It, the shower head was down the middle of the wall so either I need to get a step or chair to help me get in shower and if I did O will need to shower kneel on the tub. I asked for room change and it was quick 10 min tops, the room they gave me didn’t have a plug to charge the cel, the ight stand was the size of a bible book, I have some snack one night watching TV and the candy wrapped was in one of the tinny night stand not even move it , when I try to put my clothes in one of the drawers got stuck and cans pushed back, try the second drawer one of my shirts got rip from a nail inside the drawer I looked and was. Piece of wood and nail chipped inside, I got breakfast two times and I have to get up and look for the coffe pot to refill my cup when I was living and signify my ticket the waiter asked me if I wanted to add a tip I told him why is buffet I got up and served my self no one checked on my even I have to get up and refill my coffe three times and was like 5 waiters standing just there talking , NOPE I WONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL they advise me before it was under construction but that one thing so different from having courtesy to the client

Don’t show pictures of the remodeled rooms if my bathroom has 80’s rules

By the price the hotel is in excellent location
