Overall great experience

Easy check in and rooms clean

Was a nice place to stay in a pretty good location. Can either walk to downtown or take a bus which was included with our room. Also bus was available to take to gondola if we wanted to do that as well. Would stay here again

The staff are nice .clean rooms, Good place to stay in Banff. We will definitely come back .

Got a terrible room with a view of the pool. The door to our room had issues opening and we had to get staff to help us get in. The room was clean but visibly old with cracks in sink and small holes in the bathroom door.

Very friendly front desk staff, room was very clean

We loved our stay at The Rundlestone and that was mostly due to the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they wanted us to have the best time possible. The room (loft with king bed) was perfect in space and comfort - the bed was huge and so comfortable. Yes, it’s a little dated but in a very homely way. Location was great and the free bus passes provided by the hotel gave us the option should we have walked a lot that day already! We stayed for a month and we could have happily stayed for much longer. Don’t hesitate, just do it!

Lovely place to stay in Banff, value for money. Friendly staff, kids loved the swimming pool! Will be back.
