Room was absolutely freezing rang reception brought a broken heater which we where concerned to use the noise from bar was like sleeping in a night club we put our order for breakfast to the room on the door at 6:30 pm and it was still there when we checked out we’ve stayed her 10/15 times in the past never again When we went to complain on check out there was 60/65 people waiting to either check in out and a wedding and funeral so I just left room key on side and walked way discussing service for the price paid

We visited for Christmas with our child, dog and wider family. We liked the location and spa facilities, and the breakfast was exceptional. Our dog-friendly room was very small, especially with a cot we found to hard to get the pram in and out. We were close to reception and was woken up early by hoovering and staff (not reception staff) talking very loudly closeby. The reception staff were great but had an issue with one of the managers when raising an issue about one of our party’s rooms. The room could do with a bit of upkeep, like the bathroom door not closing and locking.

lady checked us in didn’t even tell us how to get to room or spa just gave us the room number, didn’t say when breakfast was it finished at 10 and we asked when it finished at 10:03 we had added this on as well which was very disappointing. The spa was lovely although we only had 1 hour limit in there

We had a very pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the excellent leisure facilities. The pool was clean and inviting, the jacuzzi was relaxing, and the sauna added a great touch to the overall experience. These amenities really made our visit enjoyable. Excellent throughout

Decor is super fun down. Chairs are flat and the rooms are rather basic. I stayed here a few times back in 2018 and things were great. It’s not all that people desire to be.

Room was great. Spa was lovely. Only complaint is restricted hours for kids to use the pool. This should have been disclosed upfront.
