Breakfast good, good location. Hotel y bit dated but authentic. Front desk manager excellent and helpful to try and locate our luggage that was lost.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a large selection and incredibly good coffee. Very unique floor plans and stair cases. Keys were unique, the ring was solid copper and weighed a ton, great location.

Room was clean. Good location. No in room facilities such as kettle, complimentary water etc. Some staff were friendlier than others.

Great staff, spotless clean room, and bathroom was equipped with a towel warmer, which was a plus! Great location, would definitely stay here again 💓 Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent place and staff.

The breakfast was a good value, the room sparce, plastic glasses, no kettle or coffee in the room, and the bathroom and bed room were vwry small. The staff were not very helpful either.

The room was spotless and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Would definitely stay at this place again.

The hotel was perfectly situated, close to the main attractions and good restaurants and also a short (10 min) walk from the water bus stop from the airport. Friendly staff and the bonus of a comfort lounge area and bar.

Good value hotel within easy walking distance of San Marco, Rialto and other major sights. Although the room was small it was well maintained and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices. Would recommend and definitely use again. Dave and Sally York’s

Really great service, very helpful. Everything was clean, modern, and worked. Attractive! All the desk staff and others were upbeat, effective, and responsive, and all but one were friendly. Only downside was that our sitting room was poorly lit.

I was not able to iron my clothes there, that’s a change I would suggest because it made difference on my daily basis. Just a small portable iron would have done wonders. Otherwise a Brilliant hotel and service given.

This was a return visit as we really like the location of this hotel. The staff are always very welcoming and obliging and the room facilities are good.
