Perfect place to stay in Innsbruck.

The staff were fantastic, some of the best cusotmer service I have ever received. Nothing was too much from sorting an early check in as we'd been hiking for 6 days to sorting storage during our hike. Our room, the Spa and breakfast were all excellent. A fabulous stay and when I'm in Innsbruck again this will be where I stay. thank you all for such a great stay.

Brilliant hotel. Really close to the old town and near to the stations. Smart part of town with the park behind too. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are excellent, very impressed. Breakfast great with lots on offer. Will be back I'm sure!

Our family had a great stay! We loved the central location, size of the rooms, the pool, the breakfast buffet, and the free access to the gym next door. We would love to stay again someday.

Lovely hotel, very centrally located. Close to the main sights and restaurants. Room was large, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Reception staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet

The breakfast buffet was excellent. As was the swimming pool. The bathroom or loo in 319 was on an electric timer, meaning you had to turn the lights back on every thirty-seconds or so; strangest thing I have ever seen in hotel room design. Very off-putting. I guess the bed was fine; I did not give it a thought. Pillows were a bit thin though, come to think of it.

Good hotel in good location, just near Old Town. Breakfast is good. Staff helpful. Spa/pool decent. Welcome Card (for free transport etc) only applies after 2 night stay, which is poor.

Stayed one night passing through different parts of Austria, wished I’d stayed longer. We were upgraded to the business suite and it was a great room with plenty of space and balcony access. Included breakfast was very good, and staff was helpful. The location was great and able to walk to main attractions easily. A great option when in Innsbruck.

The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. the location could not be better, as it was walking distance to the historic center and also to the station where you get the train to go up the mountain. the parking was extremely convenient as it connected to the lobby of the hotel, underground. the room was spacious and comfortable, and even had an alexa device. We'll definitely be back.

Staff were very professional, polite and helpful. Lovely, central location that was within walking distance to the old town, palace, museums etc. Rooms were neat and had a mini fridge & small safe, would recommend the buffet breakfast - excellent selection of hot and cold items. Enjoyed the pool, spa and jacuzzi with beautiful views of the mountain!
