Breakfast was great, hot tub not working

The staff are very friendly and helpful, every time when we come to Toronto, we always choose this location

The staff were so friendly and kind! It made the trip that much better.

There was a lack of usb outlet options. I could only see one on the alarm clock.

The hotel room was run down. The sofa bed was ready for the dump. Hot water felt like a luxury. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Not so many dog friendly hotel around, but we found this one is extremely matching in all we need. Rooms are clean, friendly staffs and show care for the guests! Well done!

No usb ports in room. Inconvenient electric outlets. Usually no one at front desk.Worst hotel we ever stayed in.

The Hotel was wonderful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and staff was pleasant. Only issue is that for some reason they were not able to use the CC that was used to pay for the room for the security deposit. I had to use my Debit CC instead and was suppose to go back in the morning to get the deposit back. In the morning rush to get to where we had to go I completely forgot and now I'm not able to get my deposit back. They will not send it by e-transfer, as a credit back on the CC. I have to go there personally to get it back... I do not live close. I've been dealing with this for a few months and now if I don't get there to get it they will just keep it. In todays society with the technology we have there is no reason as to why anything such as this should ever happen.
