We had an excellent stay no complaints

Would recommend this hotel for anybody to stay here

We almost always stay at residence inn at various GTA locations. Always reliably comfortable and clean. Complementary breakfasts are always a hit with the kids! No complaints at all.

Breakfast was great, hot tub not working

The staff are very friendly and helpful, every time when we come to Toronto, we always choose this location

The staff were so friendly and kind! It made the trip that much better.

There was a lack of usb outlet options. I could only see one on the alarm clock.

The hotel room was run down. The sofa bed was ready for the dump. Hot water felt like a luxury. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Room 110 had a constant noise all night was super hard to sleep

Not so many dog friendly hotel around, but we found this one is extremely matching in all we need. Rooms are clean, friendly staffs and show care for the guests! Well done!

No usb ports in room. Inconvenient electric outlets. Usually no one at front desk.Worst hotel we ever stayed in.
