Travelling up and down the coast with a newborn, this was a nice location with great clean facilities. Staff were wonderful.

The people at front desk were not happy campers at check in.

Beautiful rooms with lovely view. Bed was a little uncomfortable that was all I could pick on. Had a lovely dinner in restaurant but staff need to be more knowledgeable of how The discounts work eg happy hour and beverage and food credits. Got a little confusing at bill time. Staff at reception weee very sorry and gave us a complimentary beverage as a sorry which was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

My room was clean, quiet, had a wonderful water view. Restaurant food was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great service, friendly staff, immaculate and quiet room, food was great too. Close to everything so didnt need a car. I would definately stay there again.

This stay was wonderful - nearby to shops and right on the shoreline. Beautiful walks and close to the regional gallery. The staff in the hotel were very friendly, pool was great for a cooler dip and the spa to relax in. The pool does need some TLC - brickwork very dirty in parts. The restaurant and bar were a big disappointment, excellent food but the service was appalling, the worst we experienced in Port. Perhaps some training may help, also to advise staff not to repeatedly call everyone "guys" . We would definitely stay again but not visit the dining area.

Lovely place to stay for a few days or more, great location and helpful staff. Highly recommend and will be back.

Nice place, the rooms have been freshly renovated. Comfy beds and plenty of dining options close by.

I am very annoyed to hear that we paid extra for the $30 per night credit which we were told was not valid upon arrival. This is a joke! Stay itself was nice however considering we paid extra for room upgrades and told they weren’t valid is a joke.

Amazing place to stay!! Highly recommend it. It’s just been renovated so it’s very modern and clean. The pool and spa have a great view of the river. Very friendly staff too. Will be staying here again!

Beautiful property

Beautiful king room, perfect stay after such a long drive. Great location and excellent service. Buffet breakfast was busy, but good - preorder the night before to save a few dollars.

After the renovation of the rooms, this place us fabulous.

Everything was great, would recommend!
