We stay here when in Prince George to take early morning flight. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

I like staying at this hotel, I will stay there again

Sleep well in the quiet Sandman, with confidence in its superb staff.

The room was absolutely disgusting. There were spots and coffee rings all over the coffee table, walls filthy, dust on everything, windows/glass filthy and definitely hadn’t been washed in forever. Overall the room was a good lay out and size but it was appalling how filthy this place was. Told the desk and nothing was offered besides a “sorry about that”. Would not recommend staying here, we won’t be back.

The room was ok but the there was a lot of maintenance issues that need to be taken care of around the facility. The ladder in the pool needs to be fastened to the deck better. Signs in hallway were falling off the wall; ajoining restaurant was dirty; and building and rooms needs some TLC.

I would stay there again

Room was clean but small, and staff were helpful and professional. Unfortunately the heating system in my room was extremely noisy so it was difficult to get a good sleep.

When we arrived at the hotwl the night clerk was rude an made check in very difficult for my self and my husband as we tried to pay with a company bank card and instead of just letting us pay for our room we had to spend 20 mins explaining to him that it wasnt a credit card an filling out un necessary forms befor we even got to our room after traving for 6hrs stright Then the room we got to had a terrible toilet leak and no pul out couch but upon reporting the issues had to be moved to another room better fitted

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming including the nice cleaning lady. You have an excellent team there, keep up the excellent work.

Decent place

Clean room good bed

Pool was fun and clean the room was clean withq comfy bed and pillows. Bathrooms felt a bit small but was clean. The steam room didnt work but i was able to still swim so yay

Front desk person was nice!

Clean room, staff was nice when we arrived. Only problem was getting lost to find our room. Other then that it’s a very nice hotel

Room were clean, beds were comfortable

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Teens running up and down the halls, hard for my little ones to sleep. Staff was overly busy and flustered

Room extremely small with a huge HVac system outside the window that sounded like a big truck and literally vibrated the window

Clean room

First time in 20 years having trouble with management. Said there was no different room inside the building for access to pool then my niece calls and gets a room inside. My mom is a handicapped elder and it took a few days to get her moved into a handicapped room inside the building. She was there for medical reasons but was there a couple days early and had a low rate. Manager changed her rate to $135 which is higher because she heard it was for medical reasons. We were shocked and then were told we can’t back track and give you back that lower rate for those two days. So rude.

The whole place needs a deep clean. No elevator, dirty hallways. In our room the carpets were filthy and ragged. I found a sock on the floor by the desk. The little shampoo bottle was used and almost empty. No tv remote, headboard was grubby, cloth chairs were stained and dirty BUT the bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful and kind. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!
