The continental breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were very pleasant. The room was clean, but it was not well maintained. And the staff in the front lobby were not helpful.

An older site but we’ll maintained and easily accessible. The breakfast was very adequate & the staff were great.

It is a sub-par hotel. Old, dated, grungy. The floor was very creaky, you hear everyone close their doors because you have to slam them in order to close them. The breakfast was terrible. Paying a higher price for continental breakfast is not worth it. There was no coffee and room coffee was terrible, pancake machine was broken, sausage looked undercooked, it was basically yogurt, muffins, or toast. Overall, just not good. Will not be back. A huge disappointment.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was perfect temperature. The breakfast was ok. Just saw coffee for drink.

No orange or apple juice for breakfast. The hotel is a little dated old carpet etc. My room had a odor like old furnishings etc.

The ceiling was leaking in the hallway with a garbage can that was full of water. ( Hadn't been drained) The hotel and room smelt terrible.

First of all don't even reply with "So sorry you had that experience, we will fix those problems fast." Cuz I've read all the reviews before coming and all of them came true when I went to my room aswell as my 3 other family's. I wasn't surprised when you said oh we will fix it. To whoever is planning to come here, just block this website honestly and open a case. Now let me go through the problems.... 1) The room smelled like a wet dog that came from a slump 2) The sink and shower water smelled like chlorine and made my eyes red (Hazard by the way) 3) The room light didn't even light the room that much (honestly felt like being in a cave) 4) Don't even get me started with the mosquitos 5) The TV was also lagging alot and the quality reminds me of the 1980 TVs 6) The bed sheets also had stains on them which made me sleep uncomfortably 6) The breakfast was more basic then a waking up late to work ah breakfast 7) The shower hose wasn't working properly and the bathroom doesn't have a lock Honestly to everyone, please don't listen to any of the messages said by the owner. Just end the hotel. Please... - Lad family

Room was spacious. Bedding seems Clean. My bathroom door doesn't shut. It was okay if you get discount.

Cleanliness of the room was poor. There was a big spill under the bathroom sink which was obvious upon entering the bathroom which had not been cleaned up. This caused both my wife and I to avoid using the bathroom for showering and such.

In general it’s good for an overnight stay

Comfortable beds with all the amenities you need. Pool, breakfast, fridge/microwave/coffee in room, hair dryer, storage, alarm clock, etc. Will stay again. Only exception is NO ELEVATOR.

Staff was very friendly and helped us with any problems we encountered.
