Breakfast was very delicous good qualtiy

Coffee was terrible in the room and there was no cream in the room . The bed was too soft and the shower head was useless as it trickled out no pressure. Breakfast was so minimal and the flys were bad.

The mattresses are so old that you feel are the springs even though they have try to remedy the problem by putting thin pads under the sheet. They sould buy new mattresses. Our room still had the previous guests garbage in it & when I mentioned that, they said they only have a part time cleaner. Guess that means I should just accept a dirty room then. The breakfast area needed cleaning really bad & upon telling them the tables should at least be wiped off, they ignored me. We will not stay there again.

Room was clean and had lots of room. Mini fridge had a freezer, very hand for ice packs. Tim Hortons and Shell fuel station in the shared parking lot. Very easy access to the main highway. Very nice staff

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bright but smaller than expected. The door lock was broken, so nearly got locked in the room. The breakfast served a purpose, but could easily be improved. The staff are definitely the best asset of the hotel.

Hot breakfast was good.

When we were asked about a preference for a room i forgot to say not facing the parking lot of Tim.Hortons. We appreciated the Friendly & informative staff .

Front desk lady was very helpful

It was a very nice stay. We had a baby with us and made sure to ask if we needed a crib.

There is no elevator at this hotel, so if you have a disability or difficulty with stairs, you may want to stay elsewhere. The bedding was dirty in the first room we were given. We called the front desk, they came up with keys for a different room, took pictures of the dirty bedding and said management would be informed. The bedding in the second room was also dirty; I went to the front desk and asked for clean bedding and remade the bed myself, as there are no housekeeping staff on in the evening. The shower was dirty, as well as, the back of the washroom/shower room. door. We were booked to stay again on our return trip to Vancouver, however, decided given our earlier experience, cancelled our stay and drove straight through to home to avoid another night at this hotel. We were charged for the second night and had no follow up from the hotel concerning our first nights stay.

Bright room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast included, handy laundry. Convenient location, helpful and friendly staff.
