We were unable to stay due to medical emergency. We were refused refund by Hotels.com

Staff was very friendly nd attentive.

Last minute reservation. The complex is under some renovation it seems so there was some construction around the back. Room seemed pretty clean although there were stains on the bedspread. The room was in decent condition although none of the plugs were tight for plugging in my devices.

Expedia overbooked the hotel and did not let us know. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away. We had to scramble to find alternate accommodations. Not acceptable.

I really stressed on this trip over finding a place to stay. I enjoyed staying here, and I would stay here again.

The service personnel were super nice, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The location was super close to the garden of the gods. The room itself was not so great, foul odor, ac didn’t cool properly, door at times would not lock. Bit outdated

The property was older, but the staff did a great job with cleaning and maintaining the interiors and exteriors. I was always seeing them clean! The staff was friendly and we had a good experience.

DJ at reception when we arrived was just a wealth of knowledge clued us into all the restaurants and surrounding attractions. Breakfast was excellent.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and there's no complaint about service. Main complaint is the bathroom which was not cleaned properly at all. There were still hairs from previous guests on the floor and sink. The shower needs a new surround - the plastic coating is coming off and very stained. The shower curtain was pretty stained too. I booked this place to stay under the $100 rate but I'm regretting it. I stayed at a Days Inn in Kansas for the same price the night before and the room was spotless, overall quality was way better.

John was absolutely wonderful. Went above and beyond to help us out. He's a great person to chat with too. Thank you John, for everything.

You definitely get what you pay for but I expected better than this. The pictures on the travel site I used must have been from when they first opened because they are nothing like it looks now. When we pulled up I immediately regretted my hotel choice. The location is shady, the hotel behind it looked like it was either for prostitution or drugs, and there were people loitering on the property. When we were walking to our room, the hallway didn’t feel like the AC was on. We switched rooms because the AC wasn’t working in ours and was told that there was only one other available room. So we moved and the new room was definitely cooler but the AC was so loud! But I figured we’d deal with it since it was cool. But by the evening the AC had been on for a while and we smelled a strong mildew smell. We thought it would go away but it never did. Since the guy said this was the only room left, we didn’t saw anything because where would they move us? So we had to deal with that horrible smell 3 days. As far as the cleanliness, the sheets, pillow cases, and comforters had stains, the bathroom had stains in the sink, ceiling, and shower, the shower rod was coming out of the wall. It looked like it hasn’t been updated in a very long time. Needless to say if we’re ever back in this area, I’m going to pick a totally different street for a hotel.

We booked but we did not stay.Upon seeing the room,we left right away and we found a very nice hotel nearby .Terrible,Terrible terrible😖

Room smells need attention.

Excellent and very friendly staff

Good location near to garden of gods and cog railway.

Older motel. Street people were wondering around the building during day and night. Was very upsetting.

Very nice staff. We had a dog room. It had hard floors for easy cleanup. And it smelt clean.

The day manager helped me out by giving me a first floor room at no exter charge because my wife needed to use a walker and the stairs would have been to hard for her to get up and down. Thanks again for a nice stay.
