The room was decently clean. The beds were small queen and the room was falling apart. I would really love some money back because it definitely maybe was worth $100 not 260$. Im not happy

Friendly staff, welcoming

This hotel was not that clean, and smelled bad. The bed covers were really thin; just sheets really. The curtains had holes in them, the ceiling paint in the shower was peeling, the coffee pouches/pods didn’t match the coffee maker, and the continental breakfast had no eggs, pancakes, waffles or cereal…just coffee, cream, bread, muffins and yogurt.

i dont know where to start. First - clean sheets and towels. then - filthy rug in hallways and room; ragged drapes, telephone did not work, plug in fell out of wall, lights between beds did not work and the line into the wall was bare and showing live wires, masking tape going into elevator, chairs in lobby ripped and dirty

Very accommodating staff.

We didn’t stay past 10 mins. The hotel is disgusting and refused to stay there with my child. The toilet wouldn’t flush pee. The room stunk, holes in wall, outlets had smoke damage, bed linens were dirty. Staff ignored expedias request for refund. Absolutely don’t waste your time at this hotel, needs serious work in every way.

Friendly staff but price has increased a lot and breakfast is so-so…

The breakfast was poor - white bread, chocolate chip muffins, yogurt, coffee and juice. Didn't even bother with breakfast at the hotel.

The shuttle is extremely limited and we had the choice of being four hours early to our domestic flight or late. We called an Uber instead.
