Very good location and clean property , staff were good . It said breakfast included, however it was cold continental. There were no eggs which was disappointing.

Just really old and dated. Stinky rooms and worn out beds. Definitely not a $160 room. But it was okay for a short sleep before we caught a flight

Room was clean, except the curtain. AC was working good. Parking was convenient. Staff were polite. Thumbs up!

Breakfast was not good and even water was not free.

Dirty room elevator didn't work fully

Room was big comfortable bedding. Washroom was not clean properly. Breakfast was horrible.

The room was mostly clean. Did find some old orange peel on the ground under the bed skirt. Staff was friendly. Parking was good. AC was okay, took a bit to cool and didn’t keep the room cool. Continental breakfast was okay, not very big and not many options. Thought there was a pool and there was not but that was my mix up. Stay was nice, beds are comfortable. Rooms are a good size.

Appreciated the prompt airport pickup. Shuttle drivers were always friendly. Comfortable rooms. Good value for the price.

Overall this property is fine. The shuttle was helpful for very early flights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issues were how thin the walls and floors are. The property is dated and could use updating.

Kudos to the shuttle driver who went through a snowstorm to pick me up at the airport. And front desk employee who opened the continental breakfast early for me as I was checking out before the scheduled opening time. I only got to stay a few hours, but the experience was great.

- Special request from guests online should be addressed (for example, early check-in.) We did not get any feedback on this. - Tried calling front desk earlier that day since we arrived early, no one picked up. - I booked for 2 rooms online and I was surprised that the rooms that we booked are not connecting or not even adjacent to each other. We ended up getting one room on 3rd and the other on 4th floor which is not ideal for families checking in together. - The rooms' thermostat seems to be not working well. It was extremely hot especially during night time which kept us awake all night.
