It was good for the price

Very friendly and accomodating

Just not a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would not recommend.

It was good and clean and the front desk clerk was awesome

When we got there the service man was very nice. My room was reserved before hand. Room was dirty, hair everywhere not sure if it was pubic hair or what. I didn't bother to get room change. I came prepared. I brought my own bleach to clean up with my own cover to sleep under and my own towels to take a shower with.. Sheets were dirty never changed from last guest. Towels were used never change from last guest. They have a male person cleaning the rooms. I cleaned the room like it was my own house. Bathroom was Nasty, to full of hair.

I was very surprise of how clean and well kept the rooms were,the surrounding area is that of of a small town but the rooms were modern Great staff and better than some of the others I have come across at this price

Quiet but there is room for improvement with regard to upscaling the room conditions. Love the hot water temperature!

Booked a last minute trip Memorial Day weekend. Options in the area were slim. The pictures of this hotel looked decent. Budget stay but all we needed was a shower and bed. This place made me want to sleep in my car. I checked out early and found another place to stay. Nasty and not like the pictures.A/C barely worked.

The beds had bed bugs and night stand was broken and stuff under the beds

Price for stay is ok but the location is great very convenient to the highway. Don't have much to say about the condition of the room.

I left the Quality Inn because of there was no more rooms and the room I was checked into had a busted door hing and the whole floor and room smelled of marijuana. So I check into the American Best Inn and gentleman was nice, but he gave me a unclean room. I went to the gas station for cleaning materials to clean the room. The cleaner don't clean the room and the gentleman at checkout was really rule, I guess because I had to really bang on the window to wake him up.

Never got my room , service was terrible , tried to double charge me for a reservation I always had

When i arrived the man claimed not to have reservation and it was nothing he could so i paid then the bathroom was dirty tub had soap an floor dirty toilet stopped up then the man told me i could come get a plunger for me to unstop it.

Staff was very nice and courteous. I'm a gold member and they allowed me to check in at 11:00 am with no problem. I was also allowed to extend my stay again NO PROBLEM!!!

The property was old and unkept.. the visitors were noisy and loud music from a car on Sunday morning... the tv worked but the remote needed batteries.. the bathroom facilities were old... the phone was filfty and there was trash under the bed left from previous visitors... the sheets were scratchy... the linen might have been clean but dingy; only one blanket for two beds... the water was hot and lights worked but other than serving the purpose of a roof over my head... never again!

Horrible
