Great chance to spend time with my grands!

Always the best

This property is great, this morning i asked if they could just leave me some fresh towels, they didnt need to clean, i am here for work so i just sleep there. I came in this evening and they went above and beyond in my opinion. Not only did they leave towels that wiped things, left extra sugars, coffee, cups. And wven made my bed( i know, i know),i was in a hurry and didnt get a chance to mske it bedore i left. It bothered me alot as i am one who makes the bed as soon as my feet hit the floor in the morning. So i greatly appreciate it. I walked in and my anxity released no joke, a fresh made bed is the best feeling in the world after a long day. They didnt have do any of it, i just asked to leave a couple big towels, but they did. Its so hard to find caring, compassionate people now a days. So im not sure who you have that does the morning rounds but please tell them, thank you, thank you, thank you. Its the little things that make all the difference

This property is si clean, staff are so polite. Rooms are very spacious.

There was some dirt on the floor but it was pretty clean. Beds were comfy, although a little high for a short person.

This property is amazing. I have benn staying here for business and they are been super nice. Clean, comfortable quite until tonight. I am all for traveling with fur babies but it is 12 45am and i have listened to a dog bark for 2 hrs straight!! Ive called the frint desk who was suppose to call room and it did stop for maybe 5 minutes but it staeted again. I am an animal lover and have traveled with mine many times and courtesy would be to keep them quite especially this time of night. I have spent 100s of dollars here and this is the first complaint ive had but its a big one. Very disappointed tonight

It’s an ok place to spend the night.

The rooms have been remodel really nice. No pool, wifi did not connect all week long, and continental breakfast was all cold items. Only hot items were the coffee and instant oatmeal. The morning staff did not acknowledge even when greeted. The night staff was very friendly.

I wish they didn’t have smoking rooms next to non smoking rooms. Smoke comes into rooms that are next to smoking rooms and the whole point of choosing a non smoking room is to not have to smell the smoke from smokers. Beds are a little uncomfortable and high. Linens and rooms smell of smoke. Even in non smoking rooms.

Room was NOT accessible. The bed was too high. The shower/tub was not accessible. The 2 grab bars in the tub were not useful for anyone in a wheelchair. The towels were not accessible. We will not stay in another Super 8 anytime soon.

Very clean, wonderful staff,

It was an ok place, overall clean but we chose a non smoking room and everything still smelled like stale cigarettes. Towels and shower curtain smell liked stale cigarettes. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, shower didn’t drain well kept getting standing water. Housekeeping came early in the morning and check out day they were legit waiting outside for us to pack up our vehicle so they could clean the room. Felt rushed even though we still had 2 hours left before check out. Not enough linens for the amount of people in the room! They also counted the dirty linen before they gave us the same quantity back. So couldn’t even get more towels because they act like we wanted to take their linens. Anyways it’s definitely just and ok place. Don’t expect more than that. Beds were super high had to jump onto bed to even get into it, beds themselves were very uncomfortable and woke up with back pain. Ok for quick stay but not for long term.

My room was nice and very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay!

The staff are very nice. The room was great and much more room than I expected.

Discovered the time I spent filling out pre check-in link, taking picture of ID & giving credit card information prior to arrival was a waste of time (said they didn’t receive the information). They keep $5 of your credit card deposit for processing fee. You can pay cash but have to checkout & wait for them to check your room before getting it back. They know no one is going to do that. Room was decent in cleanliness other than a terrible smell like maybe a prior occupant had a pet & stayed several days. The smell did seem to leave after a couple of hours with door open & bathroom vent on. Don’t waste your time responding to the text message after check-in instructing you to respond to the text if you need anything. Sent a couple of messages inquiring about a cot & never responded. Walked down to front desk to discover front desk clerk outside chatting on phone. Maybe this is why they don’t respond? Not sure maybe system is broken & they don’t realize. Front desk clerk very unfriendly so I didn’t bother to try to letting know the message issue. Price is same a comparable rooms in the area. I would choose a different location in the future

It was a bit noisy, my non smoking room, was frequented outside my door with smokers lingering, talking very loudly and I woke to see my car with cigarette bits all around it and on top of my car. I made the front desk aware. My room was really clean, which I appreciate! My suggestion is to have smoking on the opposite side of the building from the non smoking side. One more suggestion: offer a few more items for the “continental breakfast “: hot cocoa packets/tea, for non- coffee drinkers, or juice, oatmeal packets. Coffee, bagel, cereal & a very small tube of donuts, were all that was offered. We were there for a week& that just wasn’t enough options. Overall, it was a decent motel.

Fell down stairs due to ice on them… I believe they could’ve taken care of it.. Thr other side of stairs where clean and dry
