I booked 2 hotel rooms at the hotel through Hotels.com. When I got there the hotel said my reservation was for one room only!!! I had to find another more expensive hotel.

We booked two rooms. When we first walked in to the first room, there was a spider on the wall, the toilet didn’t flush there was no chair for the desk and no mirror in the bathroom plus a strong smoke odor. When we opened the second room, there was a cockroach on the floor and a cockroach climbing up the wall in the bathroom. They were cockroaches and spiders in both rooms. The mattresses were so dirty and yellow. When we asked the young lady to clean our room, she said she did not speak English, but said “oh my god” under her breath and told us that she didn’t have us under her assignment. I killed at least five cockroaches and two spiders in just 1 of the rooms in our two day stay. They ended up switching us to another room because they could not fix the toilet but let me just say that any room you go in will have cockroaches and bugs. Beware.

A run down shack tucked behind a Chik Filet. A once normal Quality Inn now completely run down and in a state of disrepair. Decorated with broken furniture from days of old, earmarked for the trash heap, but snatched from the pile to be installed in this S@$t hole of a place. The cliche "I wouldnt stay here if its the last place on earth" well ....

The hallways smelled of marijuana getting to the room. At 4:30 the room wasn’t ready. Shower valve wasn’t working properly and I settled for a cold shower. No stopper in the sink made shaving difficult. Mattress was a spring mattress with plastic cover…made sleeping most uncomfortable. It appeared to have full time residents.

in need of many repairs- bathroom door was kicked in- handle of door broken off.... red stains on the carpet! It looked like a crime scene... when I told the front desk staff they said they are aware of the problems in the room and didn't even offer to put us in a new room, they just said we wouldn't be charged for it.

The tub was clogged and filled with a couple of inches of water each time you showered, the lock on the door was not working and it took a day and a half to have it fixed, there was empty soda bottles and chip bags left in the stairwell that remained there for 2 days. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was excellent.

Ive seen better furniture in a collage dorm. Everything is either broken or worn out. Room smells like grandma's musty basement. This was once a nice hotel but no effort has been made to maintain it as such. Its in drastic need of a complete remodel.

I was expecting a hotel on par with Quality Inn reputation of clean, reasonably priced stay. The expedia site and the hotel check in process failed to mention the property was transitioning back from a status of a state-run shelter. At check out I noticed a sign (turned away from view) that stated the in-process state, This was way over pricing for the lack of security, overnight hallway disturbances and unclean state (ie. vomit on the stairwell). Most unsatisfactory as guest who needs accessibility, there was no elevator.

Do not stay here they are using the property as a hotel/shelter. There are homeless people all around the building and I felt very uncomfortable. My room did not deadbolt and there was clear holes in the door from previous locks being put in the place was gross dirty smelly. I went there for a dance competition and I’ve stayed in other quality ends before and I have never experienced even at the worst hotel. I’ve been to something like this. They don’t have an elevator. You have to walk up the stairs it was just by far. The worst experience I have ever had staying anywhere in my life. I literally paid $400 to stay somewhere else that night and I was only there for 45 minutes and I could barely take it. It was me and my little girl and I was so nervous for us

We got moved. The hotel was pet friendly and smelled like wet dog. My parents door was off the hinges and when reported they said thanks, we’ll look into it. My step father had to lift door up each time to leave room. Worse part is they never contacted us that we were being moved to a different hotel. I had called to confirm and had to call several times to find out new location, etc. Will not stay here again.

I have used this hotel many times before and just seems to be going downhill.the card entry system still doesn't work for exterior doors 2 years later. I do not think housekeeping knows what a vaccum is.maitence department has no idea how to clean carpets. Housekeeping should be given scrubbing bubbles to use on tubs it doesn't matter what area you stay in the hotel same issue. The biggest draw back was the group in the lobby when I arrived then I found out they are using hotel as housing. The other big iss was when I went up stairs to my room the whole hallway smelled of fish.(cooked)when I got to my room other end of hall I left my door open and open the window to get smell out of hallway.i said something to the front desk they informed me it was a long term tenant. They apologized to me. I said say something tell they to open windows when cooking. I guess it's time to find a new place when in town because it truly seems that the owner of property doesn't care about things. The front desk did all they could for me I said thank you. It's amazing that the price here is only slightly less than other hotels in area with far better amenities.
