Room was nice and quiet. Parking was great. No breakfast offered

This was a very nice modern hotel. It was well located in town. We had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was not included.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff was super helpful. I had a late check-in and wanted to get some dinner before everything closes. The front desk staff helped me ask the hotel restaurant to hold a spot while I get ready. I cannot overstate how helpful this was. (You'll find this super helpful when travelling through Iceland!). The room was quite impressive. High ceilings. Big windows and top tier amenities. The hotel lobby was also quite pleasant. The place is located in a good spot in Husavik. I was able to walk to the cool church in town, view the harbor and go to the nearby thermal pools.

Amazing views, walking distance to harbor

The hotel wasn’t anything fancy. You can tell it’s a simple hotel but it got the job done for a night. The couch was stained and the rooms are on the louder side of things. The blackout curtains could be updated. All things considered, we enjoyed the breakfast and location.

Great place to stay in Husavik. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. Perfect location, walking distance to everything we wanted to do in town. Friendly staff, nice bar downstairs.

Hotel itself was nice. The stuff was excellent. It was a lovely stay.

Great check in experience. Received a room upgrade as an Expedia VIP member. Also 2 free drinks at the bar. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet was delish.

I had a single room and it was the perfect size for a solo traveler. Lovely renovations. Staff was very welcoming. Fantastic location!

The breakfast was mid. It cost me $100 CAD for 2 people and it was cold scrambled eggs, some bread and cold cuts. Wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your last choice. The hotel is dated, and room amenities look dated. Bed was hard as a board. Husavik itself is beautiful.

The reception desk was especially helpful and made us feel welcome.

Sizeable hotel for the location and room was likewise. Well designed with extra seating and large bathroom. Breakfast in large function room, with plenty of tables and usual fare, tasty.

Lovely location in a tiny town. Perfect base for whale watching.

Our stay was wanderful. Very convenient location to many places and the staff were very friendly.

Magdalena was amazing

Not a nice hotel. Tourist bus stopover. Very noisy such that we could hear people peeing nearby. The room doors slammed when shut and caused all rooms in the wing to vibrate. Breakfast was in a giant conference hall but we couldn’t use most of the tables as they were set for lunch. Unhelpful staff, very cold and stiff. Probably the worst hotel we have stayed in Iceland so far.

It’s a modern and beautiful property. Everything was clean. I will recommend finds hotels for anyone who travels in iceland
