I liked place so much I stayed extra night!

The hotel was clean and tidy. John on reception was really freindly and helpful and made us feel welcome.

This place is great. Right across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville. Bed was comfortable, I plan on staying here on every trip to Nashville! ❤️

We had a great stay. When checking in we were greeted, quick service, explained amenities. When we got to our room it was clean, plenty of space for the 3 of us. No issues with tons of noise. Convenient to most anywhere you want to go also! Will book here again for another trip!

It was very noisy all night long. The room was not very clean and the beds were uncomfortable. It was close to the downtown bar area but that was about it.

There were hed bugs and we had to leave

Area is a little sketchy, but the hotel itself is good. It’s not a five star, but then again you don’t have to sell a kidney to spend a night there. Friendly staff, comfortable room.

Very kind staff, it was clean and comfortable. The lobby is seperate from the rooms so pulling in confused us some. There is paid parking it was quite but i could sometimes hear people outside our room, but still a peaceful stay

Very loud noises from some machines were coming were coming from outside all night that made it impossible to sleep.

Tired building but clean. Housekeeping onlky came every other day. Breakfast was the same every day.

Fantastic, great place to stay near Broadway.

Not awful for the price. Old building, but rooms are okay. Lobby is revamped. Additional cost to park.

I haven't received the deposit I paid for the hotel.

The manager was nice. The cleaning staff was very nice. Just need to work on the building and cleaning it up other than that it was great.
