Very good one night stay, positives were room/bed comfortable and quiet. We had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good.

Really poor experience with the staff at this hotel. The TV within the room allows no access to plug in a HDMI cable to connect your laptop, you can only watch the free channels on the tv and the tv isn’t a smart tv. If you want to watch films you have to pay additional and for brand such as Hilton this is very poor and disappointing, when we asked the staff what could be done the were rude and not every helpful saying the hotel is as it claims. The hotel manager advised that we could checkout but that’s all he could do to help. The lady on the front desk was rude upon check in and overall very dissapointed with the way we have been treated. For a double tree Hilton I won’t be visiting here again due to how unhelpful the staff were. We could smell cannabis in the corridor and had to report it twice until it was dealt with. Very disappointed.

fabulous hotel, lovely room, quiet air-conditioning, excellent breakfast and lovely, friendly staff. Really appreciated the free parking as well, which was our main reason for choosing this hotel.

Very limited disabled parking

Lovely check-in staff, delicious warm cookie on arrival and an ice cream in a heatwave was most welcome. The room was spotless and such a comfortable bed. I wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again and recommend to others.

Brilliant helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and the waiter a great entertaining host. Good night sleep. Lovely decor in the communal areas and very comfortable. Nice to see the birds in the pond in front of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, welcoming check in and friendly staff - room was fabulous although bathroom could have been a bit cleaner - food in the restaurant was lovely and breakfast was fresh and plentiful - would absolutely stay again!

Phenomenal experience

Im a very fussy traveller.. the room was clean, smelt fresh and was comfortable. However the sofa bed could do with stain removal and the auto AC should be able to turn off - we were freezing most of the time as it keot coming back on after turning it off.

Spacious lobby, light and airy. Friendly staff in every department. Rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, lovely toiletries.Excellent breakfast.

Great service as always

Great staff and nice room. Shower flooded bathroom which was annoying. Could have a bigger breakfast and restaurant menu?

The hotel service was fantastic; I checked in after midnight and was greeted with a smile. However, the sofa bed was uncomfortable due to the bars at the sides and end, and there weren't enough pillows. On the positive side, the room was clean. I did find the breakfast to be overpriced.

Pillows are rubbish. take your own. Other than that, it was lovely!
