Didn’t get to eat at any of the restauran

The stay was ok. There wasn’t much to do on the resort, you would have to go off the resort to find something to do. I do love that it’s right off the beach, so that definitely was a plus. The food was just ok on the resort.

small property not a lot of area to walk around

First time going to this location. The views are amazing a five minute walk to the Atlantis. They are taxis parked outside which makes it very convenient and accessible. Prices for the taxis range about Fifteen to Fifty Dollars depending how far you are looking to go. the most that I drove out from the resort was about 30 minutes. I cannot stop bragging about how nice all the workers are on property. the only thing I do recommend is that their Food should be a little bit more warmer when you go to your dinner reservations. The inside was clean all the time even though you have a lot of guests walking in and out of the pool into the lobby employees make sure that it was always clean and dry. Other than that it was worth the price.

The property was safe and clean. Overall staff was friendly and helpful. Food was very good for buffet-style eating. Fresh and lots of options. I hate playing the make reservation game for the various restaurants... that is annoying in my opinion and you don't get anything you don't see at the buffet anyway. Pool area is small and has limited hours. Spring breakers got a little rowdy for us middle-agers; and unfortunately our neighbors loved to crank their music around 3 am. So overall a safe and comfortable spot, but nothing fancy.

This hotel needs some serious upgrading. The hotel needs better management to ensure staff is treating the guest the way guest deserve to be treated. Most staff were very rude and not helpful at all. Activities were not consistent by the schedule. I didn't get the room I paid for and there was only one elevator to my floor that took forever. There was no ATM machine and the nearest one is at the Atlantis Resort. Turned off by this experience. Oh and if you are staying here please make sure you make all reservations for dinner at check in otherwise you won't get a booking.

The resort was clean, safe, unpretentious and well positioned for the rate. As vegetation guests we found the buffet plentiful. We didn’t visit the ala carte restaurants due to choice. We really wanted for nothing and enjoyed our stay very much. Only feed back was Capuchino’s coffee was was disappointing service and product but found Calypso’s coffee excellent option. That’s being super picky though. We will be back and already miss Bahamas.

This was my first visit to a RIU property and I loved it. I would love to visit more RIU properties in the future.

The food was amazing!

Great people great beach

On the first night we arrived the ceiling started leaking, they tried to fix it but couldn’t so we switched rooms for the night. Next morning they moved us to a better room. Overall the hotel is nice but could use some upgrades.

Staff and hotel were both amazing, Rommel at the greeting area was a lot of fun and informative. We will definitely be coming back to the RIU in Nassau.

The property is ok not as grand as other RIUs. Food selection seems limited as well as entertainment at resort. The liquor is also bottom shelf liquor. This location is also far from other activities on the island. Wouldn’t really go back.

I loved it here and I will be back!

I shared a Junior Suite with my adult daughter. We had plenty of room to move around. The staff were great at making sure we had enough linens and toiletries. The hotel supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion. The room had a refrigerator with beer, soft drinks and water which was refreshed daily. We had a coffee maker.The small balcony had chairs and a small table. The pool was warm and had daily activities and bar service. Each night there were games and activities in the sports bar. I would definitely stay again..

Staff was Excellent...Only thing I would say is you should update your couch..

Very clean and good service

The most I can say about this resort is that the staff is A ! 5 stars is not enough. Our first time at an all inclusive and I’m not sure what I went in expecting but my expectations were blown away! Food was fantastic, something different each night with fan favorites offered each night. A cute entertainment show each night, daily activities at the pool and beach. Not much to do after 11:00pm so if you’re looking for an all night party, you may want to look elsewhere. Again, my rating is based mainly on the attention to detail and attentiveness of the 5 star staff!

Just got back. Had such a great time I’m planning our next trip with Riu.
