Great customer service

I will never return. Faithful Marriott customer but I will chose sleeping on a bus bench before returning here. No alarm clock in room staff failed to place wake up call as requested resulting in problems at work and then failed again the second day resulting in missing my flight! If you can't provide the service, don't promise it to the guests! Hair and contact lenses left behind in bathroom along with unswept floors had me questioning cleanliness and cleaning policies. Staff was very inattentive and did not care to respond to concerns or questions and conveniently no manager on duty when I asked to speak with someone. Over 2 days morning, afternoon and evening manager conveniently happens to not be there? Overpriced, under serviced and terrible location. Do Not Stay Here!!

Room was ok but the window was broken, we felt cold air in room and the noise of cars inside.

Clean and elegant

Conveniently located near highways. Plenty of parking. Fast check in and out. Food at the Bistro was very good.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly I asked about hot tub I was told no hot tub until we checked out then she said we could have used the hot tub next door. The room was quite nice.

BED BUG ALERT - BED BUG ALERT - BED BUG ALERT I booked at the Courtyard Toronto Mississauga/Meadowvale but upon arrive I was told they 'over sold' but have "upgraded" me to the Cambridge Suites across the parking lot, which offered a full suite instead of a standard king bed hotel room. The suite was old/dated. The pillows were beyond old and lumpy. The bed had 2 thin old 'mattress toppers' that didn't even cover the entire top of the mattress and NO MATTRESS PROTECTOR!!! While over all the suite was tidy, it was not clean to an acceptable level ie dining chairs were disgusting and extensively stained, One of the first things I ALWAYS do before unpacking or sitting down, regardless of hotel, is pull back the sheets and mattress cover and with my cell flashlight check all the mattress seams for bed bugs. Much to my horror, I found bed bug sheddings/carcasses. I then further opened the nightstands and found further evidence. Needless to say, I left immediately. The gentlemen at the desk, who was incredibly AMAZING, did confirm that my pics were of bed bugs and not only this hotel but the one I originally booked, had both been closed recently due to bed bug infestations!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! And ALWAYS check your mattress seams and other areas before you decide to sit down anywhere! This was a very close call.
