Needs an update

The staff were wonderful, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well appointed.

Breakfast was lackluster. The pancake machine was broken and the sausage was so chewy. There was no bacon. Also I thought here was an indoor pool and hot tub in

Needed a place to stay that was close to where some relatives lived. Chose this property because I believed I was a member of the hotel group.

Room was super clean and comfortable. It was quiet. The hotel served breakfast but I didn’t partake because of previous plans, but it was available. Small items available for sale such as snacks and beverages.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, decent breakfast and location is very convenient.

The hotel was noisier than expected. Overall hotel was clean. I don't think they clean the fitness room because the same towel was on the bike the 2 days I was there. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful

Room was a good size and clean. Assume the floors were heated as they were warm to bare feet. Nice comfy bed and pillows. Instructions on coffee maker inadequate. Note clear on when pwr button is pushed and or brew. Liked the easy ability to change the temp in the room. The grab bar at the shower was not positioned so it was handy while the shower curtain is closed. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The heating system was horrible. The first night we tried to adjust the heat to no avail. Very loud unit with inconsistent heat. The second night, we turned off the unit even though it was very cold. Also people across the hallway were very loud throughout the night.
