It was great. Very comfortable and clean. I would suggest bed bug covers on the mattress for protection. Although I didn't see any bugs, you never know. Also, I wish there had been a way to heat up a cup of water for myself in the room.

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, but overall felt very basic and minimal. While I wasn’t expecting luxury, I was surprised that even simple amenities like a coffee maker were missing from the room. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and don’t mind a very standard, no-frills setup, it might work. But for the price, I expected a bit more comfort and attention to detail.

Loved the staff - very helpful especially Saad the bartender. Showed us how to navigate the bus and train schedules and gave us great suggestions on places to eat. Only drawback was no air conditioning. Coming from the US- it’s something we are not used to which made it difficult to sleep the first few nights. Saad was able to get us another fan which made things better

The hallway carpet is dirty and stained. There was a lingering odor in the whole hotel.

Nice hotel and nice selection at breakfast. Some of the linen had stains and there wasn’t even tea and coffee to have in the room. It was a bit sparse all in all.

The room stunk of cigarettes. When I checked in the window was wide open…it was just below freezing outside so the room was cold. I reported the smell and their fix was…to open the window again while I was out of the room

we checked in they gave us dirty room , after that’s reception guy stand us for 35 minutes to give other room very racist , we came through more than 300 miles , very uncomfortable un professional never came back again very very disappointed

Always comfortable and clean

Pedro at the reception was AMAZING and KIND. He help us with everything we needed it specially to arranged transportation to the city. He was really the main reason we love our stay at this hotel. The rooms was clean and comfortable for 3 people , there are different things like restaurants and shopping options around. But you are really far away from the city of Brussels, the airport or the train station. Breakfast was very good as well.

I came here on a solo trip from London and as a girl in her twenties, far from the city of Brussels l, I was anxious of what to expect. This hotel has the kindest hotel staff I’ve ever met. They are super warm and welcoming and were always genuinely concerned about what I did every day. I speak French too but everyone speaks English very well. The food I always had was always fresh. My room was always clean, however they do change the sheets every other day unless you make a specific request for a daily change. Ensure to leave your room at 11ish to guarantee your room being cleaned as I’ve seen the cleaners leave as early as 12:30. During my stay I took one straight bus (W) to Brussels. It’s a very straightforward journey and there are shops and a big supper market nearby. 11/10 experience. Highly recommend and I hope to return.

A no frills hotel that’s clean, convenient and very helpful staff. Very good location, walking distance to most places in Waterloo. Breakfast is good as well. It’s best to seek dining options outside the hotel, but the bar is always open.
