Having just spent 2 nights in the Ibis Waterloo. We were very impressed with the service and kindness of the reception staff, especially Adrien. He really looked after us and we would definately stay there again.

I stayed over a month at the Ibis Waterloo while waiting for my new home to be ready, together with my children and our little pug. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and warmth. The staff were always attentive and caring, making our daily life simple and pleasant. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and always spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more restful and enjoyable. I truly felt as if I had found a second home, in an atmosphere that managed to be both professional and family-like. A big thank you to the whole team for their kindness, smiles, and constant availability they truly helped make this period of transition a gentle and positive experience.

We have stayed here meny times. A 15 minute walk will take you to the centre where there are bars and restaurants. But I am Disabled and can not walk that far . There is no safe place to leave my mobility scooter. So I stay at the hotel. Eating options are limited as the restaurant closed down a few years ago. Good free parking. A bus stop 3 minutes away for the bus into Brussels.

The front desk workers were very kind and helpful. I was especially grateful for their help getting a taxi when Uber and Bolt were not working well.

The hotel is very well located, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
