Great hotel and location!!! Only thing is that there is a club next door and the musoc is loud till about 3 or 4 am on the weekends .

Didn’t like, the awful smell in the lobby, lots of cheap air freshener covering up something horrible, getting paint on our skin, jewelry and clothes while sitting near pool.(oil based). Or, not being let into our room 45 minutes late because housekeeping was in the room.

Amazing hotel i definitely recommend. The room was very clean & staff was very nice. My kids loved the pool & most Amazing is that you have many different restaurants and stores around.

The best part about this hotel was the breakfast. The staff weren’t all that accommodating and often would have different answers to questions depending on who you talked to, but were always polite. The hotel was kept pretty clean which I liked but my shower door didn’t close all the way. Overall I did enjoy my stay.

Perfect location for walking around and being so close to restaurants. The hotel staff were so helpful and kind to answer any questions we had.

Nice big room. Pool a bit disappointing. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Ideal location - to walk by foot everywhere and very alive neighborhood.

The noise. Wish I’d saw a review about being on the backside of the hotel and loud music until 2am if not later. I had to get up at 4:30am for a flight and got absolutely zero sleep. I’d imagine the front side is better as there aren’t bars/clubs on that side. Unfortunately that alone will stand out. Everything else was as expected for the price.

Upon arrival, we were told our reservation was for a room with one bed, even though we had a printed itinerary clearly showing we had booked and paid for a premium room with two beds and a terrace. The front desk initially made no effort to resolve the issue and simply told us to contact Expedia. Since it was a peak weekend during the FIFA World Cup and Pride events, finding alternate accommodations elsewhere was not a realistic option. It wasn't until we said we would accept any room with two beds that the staff began looking for alternatives. They eventually offered what they described as an upgraded premium room with two beds, but it did not include the terrace that was part of our reservation. Despite not receiving the room we had reserved and paid for, no adjustment or partial refund was offered. The room itself also had maintenance issues. The bathroom door dragged across the floor every time it was opened, and the lights above the TV flickered every night. In addition, the TV did not support Wi-Fi, so streaming services were not available. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. We paid for a premium room with two beds and a terrace but did not receive the room we reserved. Combined with the lack of assistance upon arrival, the maintenance issues, and the refusal to provide any compensation for the missing terrace, this was not the level of service we expected.

Hotel, pool service, gym all were great.. I would have liked a little more attention in the hotel restaurant. There were only 2 people covering and service felt a little slow. Service was good but could have been great. Area had many places to go to and very easy to walk. Definitely will recommend

Location is perfect to walk around, lots of nearby restaurants, feels safe to hang around, pool has a heather pump so is nice to get in even in a chilly night, good size gym, adequate room configuration, helpful staff, walk in distance from Roma district. The bad, probably only my room, shower will get out no matter what you do, so be careful when stepping out of the shower, wc glass door stuck to the floor, you need to lift it up to close.

The hotel is beautiful and It was a very clean room and the maintenance staff cleaned everyday. The restaurant has decent menu with decent pricing. The location is amazing and the restaurants walkable.

It's a fair hotel in Reforma. Not too far from the Angel of Independence, a grocery store, a 7-Eleven, and some eateries. the Police station is nearby, so the area is safe. The hotel itself is a bit rougher. The carpeting is dingy. The air isn't clean. And the bathrooms are filled with gnats that keep coming back through the drain. There is a perplexing amount of service checks, i.e. the mini bar, the cleaners, the laundry. The lighting in the room was glitchy due to makeshift electrical work. It's a work in progress, and it shows. I'm also confused about the construction on the third floor and the aroma throughout the hotel. The staff is nice and aims to please. I would highly recommend that the ownership gets and unbias walkthrough to share opinions and areas of improvement. The lobby bathrooms didn't have any paper, etc. It needs work, but if you don't mind, it's serviceable. My room on the 4th Floor was terrible. The view was of the service roof. Finally, it can get loud if there are celebrations in the city. We heard festivities and soccer match celebrations until 2 am.
