I stayed here for my birthday and was not let down. The staff were lovely and the rooftop bar was great for an aperitif. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel is also in an excellent location - highly recommended!

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff are very helpful. The rooftop bar has a great view but is not open on sundays if that’s your travel day.

The location of this hotel is excellent for walking to the ‘must see’ parts of Lille. Our double room had all the expected amenities, although we did look out onto a quadrangle of other rooms and a fire escape. The decor was a mix of contemporary and classic furniture and furnishings. The rooftop bar provides some excellent views of the city. There was lots of choice of items at breakfast.

Nice spacious rooms, friendly, professional staff, excellent location and scrumptious breakfast to begin the day.

Grand Hotel Bellevue is a lovely hotel in a great location in Lille! Our double room was spacious and clean and the washroom was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop patio is wonderful with a terrific view. We enjoyed drinks and snacks up there. Unfortunately, it was only open our first night as it was Easter weekend. We were surprised and disappointed that the hotel would not have been able to keep it open. But at least we had the one experience!

Lovely hotel , right on the grande place with parking underneath albeit 😳28€ for 24hrs. Safe and secure though with decent access. Warm friendly welcome , a beautiful room with super comfy bed. Would happily revisit anytime. Thanks

The hotel is situated in a lovely place. The breakfast is very good and has everything you can want for. The wi-fi does not work very good in the rooms. The stay at the hotel was a lovely and would stay there again

We only stayed one night in early March. The hotel room is spacious and comfy, the towers and bathrobes are soft and thick - extremely good quality. The toiletries are also fine. The main bed was really comftable, the child's sofa was fine - sufficient for a your teenager for one night. Breakfast was crowded, choice adequate for everyone, variety of options available. The hotel's location is amazing, so convenient and accessible. Staff was absolutely amazing. We've seen three different shifts and they were all an absolute pleasure to deal with. The viewing terrace was closed, but this has not had any bearing on our stay. Truly recommend this hotel.

Large rooms, clean

Breakfast was a sham. Ran out cups and bowls. Bread bowhere near the toaster, coffee machines were also hot water machine for tea and it was slowest pouring machine that over existed. It took forever to make hot drinks and you can imagine the queue for it. Otherwise lovely stay!! But breakfast needs completely re-organising

The grand Hotel Bellevue was lovely as always, the room was very nice. A little disappointed I had only a shower and no bath after a long flight, but overall great.

Room Clean Size ok Wardroom could not have been smaller. Staff all were very good and helpful when needed Location wow could not have been more central to centre of Lille. Would have been better with a bar downstairs Roof top bar brilliant 55 euro for a bottle of wine very good but over priced still had two bottles 3-4 minutes from Rihour metro We normally stay at the Barriere 5 star hotel Lille but wanted to be closer to the centre of Lille. We still had a brilliant stay. Will stop again Thanks David

The room was lovely with its balcony overlooking the town square. The staff were amazing , so courteous and welcoming. Breakfast was a buffet in the dining room which was presented lovely. Hotel very elegant. There is no restaurant at hotel for lunch or dinner. The only bar is the roof top bar which is not open every day. We were given a voucher with this booking for a free drink each ( there were 8 of us ) but couldnt use the voucher because the bar wasn’t open.

I am perplexed by the high ratings this hotel has received. While it is in a good location with close proximity to restaurants and the train station, it is in need of an update. Specifically, the flooring in the hallways is very worn, damaged and dirty. There are bleach spots and others that are patched and dirty. The first room we were assigned smelled like cigarette smoke covered with fragrance. We asked for another room which was better however the TV didn’t work (full disclosure, we didn’t ask the staff for assistance to fix it). The bathroom was nice except the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the door knob was falling off the door so it wouldn’t latch. The rooftop bar, which we were looking forward to seeing, was closed for two days (the entire time we were there). We walked up to it, it was just closed for no apparent reason. Overall, it was a disappointing stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
