Found a dirty towel in the bathroom, inside of the microwave was filthy and covered with crusted on food, smoke detector went off from steam in the shower

No room cleaning all day while I was gone

Hands down the worst hotel “stay” I’ve ever had. Front Desk Agent has nothing to do with this review they were great. The hotel reeks of smoke and was loud. There were chicken bones in the hallway and on the fire extinguisher. The room had mouse poop on the floor. The furniture looked like it had been gnawed all over. There was a cigar wrapper under the bed along with mystery stains on the sheets. When we turned on the ac unit, it instantly filled the room with a horrible smoke smell that was nauseating. The “clean” bathroom towels had pubes on it. There was hair on the walls. And the small travel shampoo was almost empty which clearly was leftover from the last guest. We checked out an hour later and stayed elsewhere.

Concierge was high on weed and wouldn’t check us in because he was too high and knocked out. This is not a family friendly hotel and is very dirty at the entrance. We had check into another hotel because of how high the concierge was.

Property smelt smoky or stell asked staff about smoking in the building said not allowed only outside but found burn hole in sheets hair on the pillow would never stay in extended stay again .

Easy check in / out. Car was safe in the lot. It’s well lit with decent parking. Bedding was awful. There was no comforter just a sheet and a thing that was a little thicker than a sheet however it was clean. Bed was okay for a night but I wouldn’t want to sleep in it any longer. Property a bit dated but it worked for the night. It was clean enough

The towel bar above my toilet popped off the moment I touched it. I laughed.

Alarm went off for at least 2 hours. Changed rooms 3 times before I found one that didn't smell like animal urine. When cleaning up spilt my dew of the floor in the kitchen part the white towel turned brown as if I was cleaning up mud and the carpet felt sticky

The only thing about this place that has any redeeming quality is that the staff we interacted with late at night because our flight was delayed and we had to rebook for the fall day staff. The staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. They were great. There was definitely some kind of illegal activity going on in the lobby involving pimps. I know this based on the conversations I heard. When we arrived at our room, there was some wet substance on the floor. All of the beds, have the plastic sheets underneath the sheets, which we all know are used for Beds that see a lot of action or see a lot of babies that throw up. The security lock on the door was not functioning properly so the only lock was the door lock. The bathroom was clean in the kitchen. I would not stay at this location again if I ever go through the Detroit airport.

The young man with locs was very helpful accommodating and compassionate. He needs a promotion and raise!!! He helped make a crazy night become a comfortable peaceful stay.

What I did not like about my. There was no pots and pans up on request. I had to ask the desk clerk later was there any pots and pans? He told me that he had to look and that there were plates. There was some inconsistencies. They extended stays, always provided up on request pots and pans. The death clerk gave me pots and a Teflon was scraped off of. It was not safe to eat out of. I could not believe it. I never had this problem in Ann Arbor extended stay ever. Also, there was no lids for the pot. I would like to see some improvement in the future if I decide to go back there. What I liked it about the extended state suites is that you provide pots pan and plate wear for your guest.
