The hotel is okay. I would say it’s a 3 star hotel. Just average for European standards. If you are accustomed to staying in luxury or even standard hotels in the U.S., this place will seem very outdated. The design of the room looks very old. They do not use key cards like the rest of the world. They give you an actual physical room key on a huge, clunky metal key chain. It’s not the most convenient to have to carry with you everywhere. The air conditioner in the room was great though. The hotel is in a decent location, but if you’re planning to go to the Coliseum or the Vatican you will still probably need to take a taxi about 15 minutes otherwise you’ll need to walk an hour. The hotel staff was courteous and polite. The breakfast was not bad. Not the greatest but not the worst I’ve experienced. Lastly, just be aware there is a city tax. They will charge you 7 dollars per person per day, so don’t be alarmed when you check out and there’s an additional payment.

Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful in English for us.

Although the hotel is officially rated 4 stars, our room did not meet our expectations. The advertised queen bed was actually two single beds pushed together with a gap in between, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The room felt dated and overall the experience was closer to a 3-star hotel. We also did not find the staff friendly and helpful. I wonder how the rating is so high on the Expedia. I will never go back to this hotel and I expect Expedia to compensate all the discomfort me and my wife went through due to the misleading information on the Expedia website. Worst experience ever so far.

We were delighted with our stay. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helped us become aware of how easy it is to get around the city via bus. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good. Will stay there again and again.

Loved the location. Away from the tourists but nice neighborhood. The a/c did not cool at all. Overall one of the best locations that I liked.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back the next time we visit Rome.

It's a beautiful, modern hotel. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean room, wonderful staff, and housekeeping. Good position for the transportation. The room area was very good for 4 persons.

Good stay. A couple of comments: - Room decor is VERY dated (orange walls, mustard tiles). - Not many electrical outlets, and this was inconvenient for 2 people.

Room was very clean and quiet. Water pressure was great as well. The area is beautiful with lots of restaurants around with amazing food. Easy access to the bus stops to quickly get into the city centre.

AC did not seem to work. We had 3 rooms total and all the same. But we never did go to front desk to talk about it. Staff were all lovely. Good service in the lobby bar
