The hotel service is good and location is great, but the room was quite old and run-down. The same is true for parts of the hotel, with worn and old materials and furniture. There is a noticeable lack of maintenance.

A very classy remodeled hotel. We loved the rooms and they had the most comfortable beds and handy lighting we encountered on our trip. The staff was great and breakfast was top notch. The hot tub was old but very nice. The pool was a little too cold for us to enjoy. The street outside is a bit noisy, but it wasn't a problem as the views are amazing. Street parking was very handy and easy as well.

Very friendly

This hotel was great. From when the staff greets you to when you check out. It is in between the airport and downtown Montevideo. The hotel is near the Sofitel casino. There are lots of restaurants and shops around it. The area is not as touristy as downtown or Old City so there is not much to do within walking distance, but you can get there in an Uber in 30 minutes. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was great. I would stay here again.

Good value, so-so breakfast, and our room key had continuing problems.
