Nice one night stay. Bright, spacious, newly renovated rooms. Clean. Takes about 5 minutes for hot water, but good water pressure once it starts. Small table and chairs, new mini fridge and microwave were nice to store leftovers. Comfortable beds and pillows (just ugly quilts :), AC worked well. No deadbolt and no hair dryer but they will bring you one upon request. Helpful, friendly staff. Close to lots of food / shopping (Argyle mall with winners, LCBO, McDonald's , Wendy's, A&W, Eastside Mario's). Would definitely stay again. First impression: scary, sketchy, but changed once we saw the room!!

Inn is well located close to variety of International Restaurants and fast food restaurants. Well lit and clean.

The is property was beyond clean! It felt like it was renovated last week. It was so clean and the beds are so comfortable and it had a fridge and a microwave in the shower was fantastic. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in one of the king suites. The property outside is clean and building seems to be well maintained on the outside. The motel manager/owner is a very kind and respectful man. Check in was easy and quick. The motel is within walking distance to a Tim Horton's and gas station. Room was in rough condition. Updates were made to flooring but the rest of the room is very dated. Bathroom is a mix of old tile on walls pink and white with a picture of a Viking ship in shower. the vanity had water damage on the shower side, the tub was very old and pink. Nothing matched as far as colors in the room, there is what seems to be a very old walk in closet with a poor paint job and missing baseboards that exposed the outer cement block wall. The entire room smelled very musty likely coming from moisture from the exposed brick. All other baseboards (vinal strip from floor to wall) was partially falling off and held on in random spots by nails or screws. We found a small ant infestation near the entrance garbage and the bathroom door was quite dirty with hand prints and had a large crack in bottom of door. The TV picture quality was poor. There is no coffee maker or hair blower. The room did have a nice size fridge and the bed was comfortable. because of the state of the room and the strong smell we could not stay for our full booking. The owner was kind to refund the night we cancelled and an additional amount off the night we stayed and offered to move us to other room.

It was a good stay, definitely will stay here again the only problem i had was the key card at one point wouldnt work but the staff here was vary helpful :) rooms are clean bed is comfy and its close to thinks i needed vary happy.

Chambres entierement renovee. Service à la clientele impeccable.

The room was clean, and during the cold nights the heater kept the room warm. The staff was friendly, and the room was cleaned each day.

Didnt use the laundry. The exterior was being renovated so they appear to be putting mo ey back into the place. Staff were friendly. It was winter when I stayed there. The heater worked very well. Lots of parking. Food places, mostly fast food, in the area seem to close around 11pm-12am.

Room was clean as can be, Staff were nice and friendly, Air conditioning/heating worked well, Washing machine on site was out of order. The area this hotel is located in, is nice and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again, It was worth the price!

The room was okay and met my expectations. I really appreciated the cleanliness - everything was tidy and well-maintained. The bed and pillows were very comfy, which made for a good sleep. I’m also happy to say that there were no signs of bed bugs or cockroaches. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this motel.

Second time staying at this hotel, the woman at the front desk is very nice, answered all my questions - best motel in London (that says a lot).
