The hotel is in Kaarst not in Dusseldorf.. in terms of transportation and access it is not suitable at All,...people who works there are so rude and unprofessional.. you can an hour waiting to be check in with negligence from their part . As well they gave us a small room with a huge toilet,for disabled people .. they regused to change .awful hotelcand not recommended at all .

Too pricey for offering. Business-like hotel at freeway exit, but no service, no warmth, all digital process gone too far, running toilet (not fixed day 2), ridiculous parking cost, fluctuating water temp that got scorching hot. Ugh.

Built up area. It served a purpose and the dtaff were good. It was fine as somewhere to pass through

I would not recommend. Restaurant has a very limited basic menu and was the same menu for the 2 nights I ate there. I asked reception for the shower gel in the bath to be filled up and they failed to fill it up after asking. The corridor was not heated and cold, decor very tired.

Hotel was just OK for the 3 nights I stayed. If I had to stay there longer I would probably change hotel though. I requested through the app that I would like to have my room cleaned, I got an email confirmation that my request had been accepted, however this never happened. The toilet was leaking all the time and out of the 3 nights I stayed there, it was only the last night when the hot water was stable and consistent to have a shower. Bedside table and the desk that was in the room, had some sticky marks from glasses which apparently were from some sort of juice or beverage. On the bright side, the staff was really helpful, food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was really nice.

The hotel is convenient for Kaarst and is about 20 minutes taxi out of Dusseldorf. I’ve stayed many times and is comfortable. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff are a little surly but efficient. The food from the restaurant is limited but very tasty and the server at dinner is always welcoming and friendly

I always enjoy staying at the mecure Kaarst. Staff are excellent. My only negative comment is that breakfast is way overpriced, including €7:50 for a cup of make-it-yourself coffee.

We reserved a double bed room but they sold out all the rooms before we arrived so we ended up in a twin room. The front desk staff was very accommodating but for a couple to sleep in 2 separate twin beds and then the coffee maker didn’t work so unfortunately we did not have a positive stay - high water pressure was the only positive aspect of the stay for us

Good hotel overall.

Location is good for me in Kaarst, a fair distance away from Dusseldorf. Pleased with staff service and hotel quality. Dinner menu too narrow.
