It was for my girlfriend and she enjoyed her stay

Room was clean and comfortable and it is within walking distance of some of the sights, highly recommend.

Hotel and area are terrific. The air conditioning unit in my room was unresponsive and the room was extremely cold which is the only reason I gave only 4 stars under the property condition category. Would stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience at Up Congreso Hotel during my recent trip to Buenos Aires. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Congress Palace and a short walk to iconic spots like Palacio Barolo and Café Tortoni. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed—comfortable bed, Smart TV, and reliable WiFi. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with local recommendations and quick check-in. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch, and the jacuzzi in my premium room was perfect for unwinding. Great value for money and a prime spot for exploring the city. I’d definitely return!

Nice hotel in a good location. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable and the service was great. The bathroom wasn't the biggest and we had issue with the shower screen leaking water down the side of the bath, but overall good

In my room I couldn’t get WiFi and when I got some signal it was inestable

I would have liked this hotel just fine, except for the fact that when we went it was extremely hot and the airconditioning didnt really work at all.

We loved our stay here, had smart TV and Netflix which was amazing and clean bathroom and sheets! Just a little noisy outside but nothing crazy!

Helpful staff when I asked questions. Overall very clean and modern. Weird bathtub door thing made it easy to drip water on the floor. Window didn't have good sound insulation but it wasn't the busiest street.

I would recommend it is in the center of the city and everything that goes with that, but the staff was exceptional and the room was comfortable and basic, and very clean. I would stay there again.
