Clean, comfortable & good price

We had a great experience while staying in this hotel. The room was very clean, with all necessities in place. The breakfast, that was included, was very tasty (with great coffee!) The staff members were very helpful and supportive. We are highly recommending this hotel to everyone!

The first room had a toilet that would stop running and a phone that didnt work. The second room: the phone would stop ringing, there was no shampoo which i only realised when i was in the shower, the toilet wa clogged and wouldnt flush on Saturday morning, and there was soo much noise coming from other rooms and kids runningnup and down and doors slamming, we didnt get much sleep. The staff were great though and tried their best

Great stay

Very nice stay. I had my dog with me and they were happy to provide me a room. Very courteous and professional front desk staff who got me a room even though I arrived a couple of hours before check in. I stay here every time I go through Kamloops and I would recommend it.
