The hotel is lovely but there were a few frustrations that ate up valuable time: 1. The internet access did not work and it took 4 calls to get the right sign-in information. Because the front desk was busy, I had to try the concierge who was not as aware of a solution 2. The code for the safe in the room would not work. 3. The bar on the room key was finicky and I had to get a new key On their own these are small things but together it meant instead of being out on my 1 day in this area, I had to spend time trying to get these basic issues handled. The technology needs upgrading.

Finer details are missed, bathroom for example, around the toilet. Staff though were beyond expectation.

The staff was amazing. The reception was excellent offering travel tips and very welcoming. The staff at the onsite restaurant was very accommodating wether we were getting just coffee or sit down meal. The Hotel had a lot of Grandeur. The main standout was the concierge who went above and beyond to get us bus tour tickets and walked us to pick up location!!!

Our stay was wonderful. The service was efficient and gracious. The food was fantastic. The roof top terrace delivered more than expected and the Brasserie truly impressed my friends. The location was very convenient to most everywhere we visited. We have stayed here before and now will make it our regular hotel.

My wife had an wonderful stay. Service and staff were very friendly and nice. Conveniently located in Old Port Montreal and walking distance to many attractions. The rooftop restaurant was a nice treat and the food was great
