GREAT SPOT IF YOU STOP IN ATHABASCA ALBERTA

Breakfast was good very filling a decent variety of options room was decent and clean even though the tub didnt drain well. Be prepared for them to hold onto your security deposit for over a week. Staff was great for check in an check out but any inquires made to try and figure out when the security deposit will be released is met with zero help.

The gym equipment didn't work. Same breakfast every day. Not good for longer-term stays. The front desk was not helpful.

Clean non smoking room, but could still smell cigarette smoke. Changing a floor to non smoking does not get rid of the smell, no matter what you do to clean. Hot tub was out of order 😡

The water slide has lights . That in itself deserves 5 stars

Hotel staff were very nice. Pool was big amd waterslide was nice. Hottub was a great amenity as well. Rroms were clean and fresh with lots of extra pillows! Perfect for our stay while in town.

The Raisin Bran could have been fresher, the eggs in the "omelette" were overdone, the bacon was undercooked and very greasy...but, it was better than nothing.

Staff is great. The lobby is nice, with free drinks. A new elliptical trainer would be an added benefit.

NEVER stay here. We arrive for a funeral service, had an extra person with us, the man there must have been the owner, started calling us liars and proceeded to tell us to leave etc. RUDE man with ZERO customer service.

Over all the hotel was great

Noisy. Other than that everything was good but I could hear a lady talking on the phone in the next room almost to her words. Also was right by the elevator and could hear people walking by and talking and through the door no sound protection

Rooms very dated and you could hear noises above and in the hallway very clear. It was spacious though so that was good. Breakfast was great.

Room was ok Hot tub was not working

The room was spotless and everything was amazing. You made my stay very enjoyable.

Rooms were very clean , friendly staff

My drive was very intense due to road conditions, i was checked in quickly and had an amazing hot tub. I like it when coffee is organized fresh and easy to find. Thank you

Met expectations but very hard to get room cleaned when your working graveyard shifts and sleeping all day. Advised front desk staff that they should be more accommodating for guests staying 14+ days. I extended my stay at front desk.
